tomada.

Posicione a alavanca de

elevação da tigela para baixo.

Encaixe o suporte da tigela

sobre os pinos de fixação;

pressione a parte de trás da

tigela até o pino da tigela

encaixar na mola.

Para usar o protetor de respingos,

na frente da batedeira, deslize o

protetor até centralizá-lo sobre a

borda da tigela.

A borda inferior do protetor deve

encaixar dentro da tigela.

Deslize o batedor (batedor

plano, batedor em gancho ou

batedor de aço inoxidável) sobre

o eixo do batedor e pressione

para cima o máximo possível.

Gire o batedor para a direita,

engatando-o no eixo do batedor.

Levante a tigela até a posição de

mistura, girando a alavanca de

elevação no sentido anti-horário

até a posição para cima. A tigela

deve sempre ficar na posição

para cima durante a mistura.

face the Stand Mixer

6Raise the bowl into mixing position

by rotating the bowl lift lever

counterclockwise to the straight up

position The bowl must always be

in the raised position when mixing

ASSEMBLING THE STAND MIXER

NOTE: When properly adjusted, the at

beater will not strike on the bottom or

side of the bowl. If the at beater or the

wire whip is so close that it strikes the

bottom of the bowl, the coating may wear

off the at beater (for coated beaters) or

wires on the wire whip may wear

Scraping sides of bowl may be necessary

under certain conditions regardless of

beater adjustment The Stand Mixer must

be stopped to scrape bowl or damage to

Stand Mixer may occur

Adjusting beater to bowl clearance

Your Stand Mixer is adjusted at the factory so the at beater just clears the bottom of the

bowl. If, for any reason, the at beater hits the bottom of the bowl or is too far away from

the bowl, you can correct the clearance easily

2Lower the bowl to the down position

3Turn beater height adjustment screw

(A) slightly counterclockwise (left) to

raise the flat beater; or turn clockwise

(right) to lower the flat beater Adjust

so that the flat beater just clears the

surface of the bowl If you over adjust

the screw, the bowl lift lever may not

lock in place

1Turn speed control to “0” (OFF), and

unplug Stand Mixer

mix thin or splashy batters

4 Mixing,

Beating

For mixing semi-heavy batters, such

as cookies Use to combine sugar and

shortening and to add sugar to egg whites for

meringues Medium speed for cake mixes

6 Beating,

Creaming

whipping Use to finish mixing cake,

doughnut, and other batters High speed for

cake mixes

8-10 Fast beating,

Fast Whipping

For whipping cream, egg whites, and boiled

frostings For whipping small amounts of

cream, egg whites or for final whipping of

mashed potatoes

OPERATING THE STAND MIXER

NOTE: Use Speed 2 to mix or knead yeast doughs Use of any other speed creates high

potential for Stand Mixer failure. The dough hook efciently kneads most yeast dough

within 4 minutes
