VR2 Series

Oil-Fired Boiler

of cast iron sectional construction

for hydronic heating systems

with modulating boiler water temperatures

Heating input: 77 to 245 MBH

23 to 72 kW

Product Information

Vitorond 200

A genuine triple-pass boiler of cast iron

sectional design. High efficiency,

environmentally sound operation, and quick

installation. The Vitorond 200 has been

developed on the basis of innovative,

state-of-the-art technology.

The benefits at a glance:

HEutectoplex heat exchanger surfaces for

high operational reliability and a long service

life. The homogeneous structure of the

special eutectic gray cast iron ensures

uniform heat transfer and avoids stress

fractures.

HThe triple-pass design and matching of the

combustion chamber to the flame

geometry guarantee clean combustion.

HEconomic and environmentally friendly

operation via modulating boiler water

temperatures.

A.F.U.E. of up to 86.9%.

HCast iron sections with tongue and groove

system; sealed on the flue gas side via

durable glass-fiber rope.

HSpecial water flow control return injector

ensures uniform return temperature

distribution to avoid the formation of flue

gas condensate during modulating boiler

temperature operation.

HReliable heat transfer due to wide water

passageways and a large water content.

HStraight-forward installation and start-up –

the oil burner is tested with a combustion

analyzer at typical operating temperature

and matched to the boiler output at the

factory.

HShort installation times due to assembly of

the insulation jacket at the factory (up to

size VR2-33).

HProblem-free cleaning access of the boiler

due to the horizontal arrangement of the

flue gas passageways.

HStainless steel combustion chamber insert

for clean and efficient combustion.
