1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of TROJAN products to read the owner’s manual, warning labels and instruct
all individuals, on proper usage of the equipment. Understanding each and every warning to the fullest is important. If any
of these instructions or warnings are unclear please contact Trojan Customer Services on 0861 876 526 (0861Trojan),

The equipment is only intended for HOME USE and is NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL AND/
OR STUDIO FACILITIES USE.
Contact TROJAN with any questions regarding this classication. It is recommended that all users of TROJAN be
informed of the following information prior to use.
HEALTH WARNING
• Beforestartinganyexerciseorconditioningprogramyoushouldconsultwithyourpersonalphysiciantoseeifyou
requireacompletephysicalexam.Thisisespeciallyimportantifyouareinactive,pregnantorsufferfromanyillness.
• Ifatanytimeduringexerciseyoufeelfaint,dizzyorexperiencepain,stopexercisingimmediatelyandconsultyour
physician.
• Toavoidmuscularpainandstrain,begineachworkoutbystretchingandwarmingupandendeachsessionbycooling
down and stretching.
ACCESS CONTROL
TROJAN recommends that all tness equipment be used in a supervised area. It is recommended that the equipment be
located in an access controlled area. Control is the responsibility of the owner. Keep children away from all equipment.
Parents or others supervising adults must provide close supervision of children if the equipment is used in the presence
of children.
INSTALLATION
TROJAN recommends that all equipment:
• Besecuredtoorsetuponasolid,levelsurfacetostabiliseandeliminaterockingortippingoverduringtraining.
• Besetupinsideyourhomeawayfrommoistureanddust(theequipmentisnotdesignedforoutdooruse).
• Besetupwithsufcientventilationtoensureproperoperation.
• Besetupwithsufcientspacearoundtheequipmentsothatallexercisescanbecompletedsafely.Itisrecommended
thatthereshouldbeatleast1mofspacearoundtheequipmentwhereaccessisrequiredtoexercise.
• Beinstalledbyourteamofinstallers.
PROPER USAGE
• Donotusetheequipmentinanywayotherthanasdesignedorintendedbythemanufacturer.Itisimperativethat
TROJAN equipment is used properly to avoid injury.
• Injuriesmayresultfromexercisingimproperlyorexcessively.
• YourTROJANequipmentshouldonlybeusedbyonepersonatatime.
• Becarefultomaintainyourbalancewhileusing,mounting,dismountingorassemblingyourTROJANequipmentto
avoid injury.
• DonotattempttoadjusttheseatorhandlebarswhileyouareonyourTROJANequipment.
• Servicingotherthantheproceduresinthismanualshouldbeperformedbyanauthorisedservicerepresentativeonly.

use only replacement parts supplied by TROJAN.
• Alwaysmakesurethatallnutsandboltsaretightenedpriortoeachuse.
• Maintainlabelsandnameplates–donotremovelabelsforanyreason.Theycontainimportantinformation.
• Equipmentmaintenance–preventativemaintenanceisthekeytosmoothoperatingequipment.Pleaseensurethatyou
follow our maintenance tips to ensure the continued correct function of your TROJAN equipment.
• Beforeanyuse,examineallaccessoriesapprovedforusewiththeTROJANequipmentfordamageorwear.
• ShouldyourTrojanequipmentappeardamagedorworn,donotattempttouseorrepairtheequipmentyourself.

OPERATING WARNINGS

Instructions for assembly
• Unpackthecartonandplaceallpartsontheoorcarefully.
• Removethepackingmaterialandcheckallpartsareaccountedfor.
• Toolsareprovidedforuseinassembly.
4.ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1: FRONT STABILISER ASSEMBLY
• AttachtheFrontStabiliser(06)tothefrontoftheMainFrame(01)andsecurewithtwoAllenScrews(19),twoSpring
Washers (35) and two Curved Washers (34).
• AttachtheRearStabiliser(07)totherearoftheMainFrame(01)andsecurewithtwoAllenScrews(19),twoSpring
Washers (35) and two Curved Washers (34).
STEP 2: PEDAL ASSEMBLY
• AttachtheLeftandRightPedalStrapstotheLeftandRight
Pedals (43/44).
Note: The end with the four adjustable holes must be set
outwards.
• AttachtheLeftandRightPedals(43/44)totheLeftandRight
CrankArms(09).
Note: ThePedalsandCrankArmsaremarkedwithR&L.The
RightPedal(R)shouldbethreadedinaclockwisedirectionand
theLeftPedal(L)shouldbethreadedinacounter-clockwise
direction.

STEP 3: FRONT POST ASSEMBLY
• RemovethefourAllenBolts(20)andfourCurved
Washers (34) from the Main Frame.
• SlidetheFrontPost(02)throughtheFrontCover(52)
and connect the Middle Computer Wire (67) from the
Front Post (02) to the Lower Computer Wire (68).
• PulltheTensionConnectoroftheUpperTension
Cable (63) and slide it in-between the opening on
the Connector Holder on Lower Tension Cable (66).
Pull the Upper Tension Cable upward and slide the wire
throughtheslotontheBracket.LowertheUpper
Tension Cable so the tting sits rmly on top
ofthebracket.
• InserttheFrontPost(02)intotheMainFrame(01).
Secure using four Curved Washers (34) and four Allen
Screws (20). Move the Front Cover (52) down into
position.
STEP 4: HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
• AttachtheHandlebar(03)tothefrontoftheFront
Post (02).
• PulltheHandPulseWire(69)throughtheholeon
the Front Post (02) and out of the top of the Front
Post (02).
• SecuretheHandlebartotheFrontPost(02)with
the Clamp Cover (56), Spacer (12) and T Type
Knob (45).
CAUTION:
Ensure that cables are not damaged
during assembly or when tightening bolts.

Recheck
all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely
before using the machine
STEP 5: COMPUTER ASSEMBLY
• ConnecttheMiddleComputerWire(67)to
the Upper Computer Wire on the Computer (62).
• ConnecttheHandPulseWire(69)tothe
Upper Pulse Wire on the Computer (62).
• PlacetheComputer(62)ontotheFrontPost
(02) and secure with one screw (28).
STEP 6: BOTTLE HOLDER AND
SEAT POST ASSEMBLY
• RemovetheScrews(27)fromtheFrontPost
(09). Attach the Bottle Holder (51) to the Front
Post (02), secure using two Phillips Screws (27).
• PullouttheQuickReleaseKnob(46)fromthe
Main Frame (01) and insert the Seat Post (04)
into the Main Frame (01). Line up the holes
andsecuretheSeatinpositionwiththeQuick
Release Knob (46).
STEP 7: SEAT ASSEMBLY
• LoosentheNutontheSeat(64)usingthe
Crossing Wrench (30).
• AttachtheSeat(64)totheSeatPost(04)and
secure the Seat (64) using the Crossing Wrench
(30).Tighten both sides.
• PlaceBottle(50)intotheBottleHolder(51).
CAUTION:
Ensure that cables are not damaged
during assembly or when tightening bolts.
