the Sound Track band until they t comfortably on the

TROUBLE SUGGESTIONS
There’s no audio
Make sure your device’s headphone jack is free of debris and that the headphone plug
issecurelyconnected.
The treble and bass level is too high or too low
Check the EQ settings or audio enhancement features on your device and adjust accordingly.

Sound is coming out of only one Sound Engine
Removeheadphonecablefromyour deviceandreinsert, makingsurethemale3.5mmcable
is securely connected to the female 3.5mm jack.
Distorted sound
Play a couple dierent songs rst to make sure the problem is not with your device.
Then,checkthe EQsettingsonyour device.Ifthatdoesn’twork,make sure youhave
a snug t and that the driver is pointed directly towards the ear canal.
Cleaning Your Headphones
Welove ourheadphonesandlook ateachoneas aworkofart.Be sure totakecareofthem.
Tokeepyourheadphones clean,periodicallywipe with adrycloth.
Note on Static Electricity
Inparticularlydryair conditions,mildtinglingmay befeltonyour ears.Thisisa resultofstatic
electricityaccumulatedin thebody,and notamalfunctionof theheadphones.Youcan stop
draggingyourfeet acrosscarpetsortry wearingclothesmadefromnatural materialstomini-
mize the eect.
