1. Introduction
The R311CB is a switch detection device for Netvox ClassA type devices based on the LoRaWAN
open protocol and is compatible with the LoRaWAN protocol. When the door and window are
abnormally opened or the door and window glass is broken, the R311CB will send a message to the
gateway which is installed on the door or window with two glass sliding sashes - the reed switch and
the magnet part of the body door magnet are respectively installed in both sides of the slit of the sash,
the outer reed tube and the magnet portion are respectively mounted on the two sides of the slit of
the other sash, and the glass break detector is pasted on the sash.
When the window or door is opened, the R311CB will send an alarm message to the gateway. When
the door or window is closed, it will send a message that the status is back to normal. When the door
and window glass is broken, the R311CB sends an alarm message to the gateway, and the data sent
after will be based on the current state. If it is on, it is at the alarm state. If it is off, it is at the normal
state.
LoRa Wireless Technology:
LoRa is a wireless communication technology dedicated to long distance and low power
consumption. Compared with other communication methods, LoRa spread spectrum modulation
method greatly increases to expand the communication distance. Widely used in long-distance,
low-data wireless communications. For example, automatic meter reading, building automation
equipment, wireless security systems, industrial monitoring. Main features include small size, low
power consumption, transmission distance, anti-interference ability and so on.
LoRaWAN:
LoRaWAN uses LoRa technology to define end-to-end standard specifications to ensure
interoperability between devices and gateways from different manufacturers.
This device has been certified by the LoRa Alliance and is allowed to use the following logo on the
