Control mode :
The system all ws f r 2 c nfigurable c ntr l m des av iding inverted wiring.
The first m de "Presence o tool" w rks as f ll ws:
- The needle will t uch the t l that is present, the Good Control output (NO) cl ses and the
Shutdown Machine output (NC) remains cl sed, the next cycle c ntinues with ut st pping
the machine.
- The needle fails t feel the t l - the t l is br ken - the Good Control output (NO) remains
pen and the Shutdown Machine output (NC) pens, the machine st ps at the end f the
cycle.
The sec nd "Absence o Part" m de w rks as f ll ws:
- The needle fails t feel the w rkpiece - the part is missing - the Good Control output (NO)
cl ses and the Shutdown Machine output (NC) remains cl sed, the next cycle c ntinues
with ut st pping the machine.
- The needle will t uch the part that is present, the Good Control output (NO) stays pen
and the Shutdown Machine output (NC) pens, the machine st ps at the end f the cycle.
The ther 2 c ntr l m des – Presence/Absence et Absence/Presence – can be used nly if
there are 2 c ntr ls (2 in the parameter « Number o control »)
