Turn valve
completely on and
check for proper
operation

Still side is frozen. With power on open both
taps and continue to run sparkling water until
still water dispenses. This is the fastest and
only way to thaw the still water.
No still water Can 3 liters of
sparkling water be
dispensed?

If now only gas dispenses it is a water supply issue.
Conrm that water to system is on and working and
contact our Service Team.

Thawing once should solve the
issue. If it continues freezing up
after thawing the thermostat may
need replacing.
Note:
• If the water supply issue was resolved, now reset the carbonator to get the sparkling
water to work again. This is done by powering the system o and back on again.

to dispense cold and 4-6
hours to maintain a cold
dispense temperature.

soft brush or cloth and remove
any obstructions to the airow.

1. Switch the machine o or unplug the power.
2. Open the sparkling tap and dispense until just gas appears.
3. Close the tap and power on or plug in the machine.
4. Let the machine cycle for 30 seconds and check the sparkling water again.

Water tastes bad Both still and
sparkling or just
sparkling?
Unplug the unit and dispense sparkling water unit just gas appears. Turn
o the CO2 tank and open the sparkling tap again to release all CO2 gas
pressure. Hook up and turn on new CO2 tank, open the sparkling tap for
5 seconds to ush out any residual CO2. Plug the unit back in and let the
carbonator cycle, test sparkling water.
