Dismantling the Unit
For cleaning the TRONIAN OMEGATRON™ remove the Glass Cup rst; subsequently, remove the
Glass Cup Valve and separate its 2 parts (Glass Cup Valve Cap & Glass Cup Valve Base) next.
Remove the Cover Disc with its Cover Disc Sealing and the Heating Element Cover next from
the Base. Lastly, unscrew the Heating Element from the threading of the Base.
Cleaning – Glass Cup
For cleaning the Glass Cup, remove it from the Base as described above. You can submerge the
Glass Cup into isopropyl alcohol, glass cleaner, or other adequate cleaning solutions and leave it
submerged so the grime can dissolve. After some time, you can remove the Glass Cup from the
liquid and rinse clean with water.
Alternatively, you can clean the Glass Cup clean with alcohol wipes, such as ZEUS PURIFY™
Grime Wipes.
Regardless of the chosen cleaning method, allow the Glass Cup to thoroughly dry
before you re-attach it to the Base.
Cleaning – Base, Thread Connection & Silicone Parts
Use alcohol wipes and cotton swabs with alcohol, such as ZEUS PURIFY™ Grime Wipes and
ZEUS PURIFY™ Grime Sticks, to clean off the grime, having built up over time of use on the Base,
its thread connection, as well as the silicone parts.
Pull off the Heating Element Cover and unscrew the Heating Element from the Base. You can
use a cotton swab with 90% isopropyl alcohol (such as ZEUS PURIFY ™ Grime Sticks) to remove
grime. Avoid touching the glass heater of the Glass Core Heating Element directly with the
cotton swab; cotton bers can get stuck on the porous surface and thus alter the taste of your
material. You can also simply soak the Glass Core Heating Element in isopropyl alcohol for 3
hours and then allow it to fully dry before the next use.
NOTE: The Heating Element is a wear & tear part and, as such, needs to be replaced on a regular
basis. Even deep cleaning may not allow for restoring the original state.
• Do not use water or water-based cleaning agents for cleaning the Heating
Element, as it is an electronic part that will be destroyed.
• Once cleaned make sure to thoroughly dry before reassembling the components.
Assembling the Device
Assemble the Glass Cup Valve from its 2 parts (Glass Cup Valve Cap & Glass Cup Valve Base)
and insert it into the bottom of the Glass Cup. Place the Glass Cup on the Base, right on top of
the Cover Disc, with its Cover Disc Sealing, sitting over the Heating Element.
