The smart gateway is the control center of the Zigbee device. User can
design and implement smart application scenarios by adding Zigbee
devices.

2. Preparation for use
- Tesla Smart is available for both iOS and Android OS. Search the
name „Tesla Smart“ in App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code
to download the app and register or login your account.
- Make sure that the smartphone is connected to the 2.4Ghz network and
have Bluetooth & GPS location turned on.
3. Connect and control the device
• Open Tesla Smart app and click “+“ sign to Add new device
• Select Gateways - Tesla Smart RJ45 ZigBee Hub (follow the step-by-step
guide in the app).
• Plug ZigBee hub into the power supply using USB-C cable and connect it
to the home router through the cable.
• Both the green indicators turn on. Then the network connection (left)
indicator light start to flash and after a few seconds the status (right) indicator
light will flash briefly.
• When the status (right) indicator light stops flashing, press the „reset“
button for 5 seconds.
• Wait for the device to connect to the app.
• When the pairing is successful, the status (right) indicator light turns off and
the network connection (left) indicator light stays on.

Das intelligente Gateway (Hub) ist das Steuerzentrum des ZigBee-
-Gerätes. Die Anwender können Szenarien intelligenter Apps durch
das Einfügen des ZigBee-Gerätes entwerfen und realisieren.

2.Vorbereitung für den Gebrauch
- Die Tesla Smart App ist sowohl für iOS als auch für Android verfügbar.
Suchen Sie im App Store oder bei Google Play nach dem Namen „Tesla
Smart“, oder scannen Sie den QR-Code, um die App herunterzuladen
und sich zu registrieren oder bei Ihrem Konto anzumelden.
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr Smartphone mit einem 2,4-GHz-Netz
verbunden ist und dass Bluetooth und GPS-Ortung aktiviert sind.
3. Anschluss und Bedienung des Gerätes
• Öffnen Sie die App Tesla Smart und klicken Sie nach dem Hinzufügen
des neuen Gerätes auf das Symbol „+“.
• Wählen Sie „Gateways - Tesla Smart RJ45 ZigBee Hub“ (verfahren Sie
gemäß den Hinweisen der App).
• Schließen Sie die Steuereinheit ZigBee an die Spannungsversorgung
mithilfe des USB-C-Kabels und mittels des Kabels an den Heimrouter
an.
• Beide grünen Kontrollleuchten leuchten auf. Anschließend beginnt
die Netzanschluss-Kontrollleuchte (links) zu blinken, wobei nach einigen
Sekunden kurzzeitig die Status-Kontrollleuchte (rechts) blinkt.
• Sobald die Status-Kontrollleuchte (rechts) nicht mehr blinkt, drücken

und halten Sie für 5 Sekunden die Reset-Taste.
• Warten Sie, bis sich das Gerät mit der App verbindet.
• Nach erfolgreicher Paarung erlischt die Status-Kontrollleuchte (rechts),
während die Netzanschluss-Kontrollleuchte (links) weiterhin leuchtet.
• Nun können Sie die Steuereinheit ZigBee mittels der App bedienen.
- Warten Sie, bis das Gerät eine Verbindung mit der App hergestellt hat.
- Nach erfolgreicher Kopplung erlischt das blaue Licht und das rote
Licht bleibt an.
