Troubleshooting
The Light Is Flashing When You Inhale:
The battery charge is running low. Unscrew the cartomizer and screw the battery into your USB charger
to re-charge.
The E-Cigarette Produces Little Or No Vapour Or Is Producing A Burnt Smell:
You must replace the cartomizer.
The E-Cigarette Is Still Producing Little Or No Vapour:
Shake the cartomizer and clean the battery and cartomizer connections to help the electrical connection.
Your Battery Still Does Not Produce Vapour After A New Cartridge:
Try another cartomizer and battery, although rare, cartridge and battery defects are possible. Please do
not hesitate to call our helpline on 01622 851436.
Your E-Cig Is Not Lighting Up:
Ensure that the cartridges do not have rubber caps on.

What Do I Do If There Is A Fault With My Product?
Please call customer services for help with the
problem and our trained sta will oer full
assistance. If asked to return a product, download
an RMA form from our website, ll it out ensuring
all your details are current and correct. Then simply
enclose the faulty product in an envelope and
send back to us. We will test the faulty product and
repair or replace where necessary.
How Does The E-Cig Work?
SmartCigs™ are made up of a small rechargeable
battery, a unique, safe, replaceable cartridge
containing propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin,
nicotine and natural avours that emulate tobacco
and other avourings. When you inhale, you
activate the atomizer, this releases simulated
smoke (water vapour).
