Track Installation: Track and rack should be cut before installing them on the staircase

Note: The gear rack is already
inserted in the gear rack channel of the track.

Secure the Track to the Stair Treads

Insert the Chassis into the Track
One shim goes onto
each axle on the gear rack side only.
Failure to have the proper shims in place will
cause the pinion gear not to engage in the gear
rack properly.
