GENERAL INFORMATION
SEPRI SPV 232 control enables to store 99 programs for each axis.

FUNCTION OFTHE KEYS
VIS Display of programmed measures
PROG Programming measures and - sign when entering negative values; constants input
EX Execution of a program previously stored
MAN Movement of one axis according to an absolute or incremental mesure not programmed
(manual mode)
STOP Interruption of a motion selected from program or by manual vement
ESC Exit from program functions EX, VIS and simultaneous return to measures displayed
CAL Resetting the axes to a reference measure by means of proximity switch.
ENTER = Confirmation, execution, storage
P = Selector for program enabling or disabling

CONSTANTS INPUT
NOTE: Thisoperationiscarriedoutforbothaxesduringthemachinetest;neverchangethesevalues.
1) Press PROG key
2) Enter 1, 4 and 8 (electronic acces key)
3) The number of the constant you are going to change flashes on display (A fig.1)
4) PressENTERkey:therealconstantvalueshallappearondisplay(BFig.1)orenterthenumber
of another constant to be modified, then press ENTER key.
5) Press C key and enter the new value.
Press ENTER key to store the value.
6) After storing the next constant is displayed, then you may start again from point 4).
7) Theseoperationare tobe carriedoutforallconstants(seetables lateron), thenpressESCkey
to go out from the function.

d1 1 = Measure display (millimeters)
2 = Measuredisplay (inches)
d2 1 = Programmer with 1 axis running
2 = Preogrammer with 2 axes running
d3 1 = Separate motion of both axes

C1= 1 automatic setting not active
2 automatic setting active
C2= 1 1-speed motion
2 2-speed motion
C3 = encoder constant (pulse number every mm shifting multiplied by 4)
C4 = timing value for switching over from quick to slow motion (milliseconds)
C5 = timing value for motion direction reverse (milliseconds)
C6 = adjusting tolerance (hundredth of millimeter))
C7 = value for switching over from quick to slow motion to the measure required (millimeters)
C8 = extrastroke (below zero point, millimeters)
C9 = definition of field end in the first inertia area
C10= definition of field end in the second inertia area
C11= definition of field end in the third inertia area
C12= definition of field end in the fourth inertia area
C26= encoder pulse correction due to lead screw error
C28= max. incremental motion 1.st axis

MIN. MAX. MEASURE INPUT FOR EACH AXIS
NOTE: This operation is carried out during the machine test; do not change these values.
1) Press C and 1 keys at the same time
2) The min. measure stored for 1.st axis (spindle lifting) flashes on flashes on display (B fig.1).
3) Press C key to delete an eventual stored measure: 00000 appears
4) Enter the value corresponding to the min. measure given in the table at the end of the page.
5) Press ENTER key
6) The max. measure stored for 1.st axis flashes on display (B fig.1).
7) Press C key: 00000 appears
8) Enter the max. measure given in the table at the end of the page.
9) Press ENTER key
10) The min. measured stored for 2.nd axis (widening) flashes on display (C fig.1)
11) Carry out instructions 3)- 4) -5)- 6)- 7) and 8) by entering the data for 2.nd axis
12) The min. measure for 1.st axis flashes again
13) Press ENTER over and over again to check the 4 values you have entered.
14) Press ESC key to end the value input step.
NOTE: in this way you have entered the right min. and max. measures

1) Withmanualselctorsenabledforthemotionofbothaxes(AandB)movetheaxestotheposition
selected as a reference for the manual setting: see MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS
2) Press CAL and 1 keys at the same time
3) The real measure stored for A axis flashes in sector (B fig.1)
4) Press C key : 0000000 appears
5) Enter the value of the real measure: see MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS
6) Press ENTER
7) The real measure appears in sectors (B and C fig.1)
8) Press CAL and 2 keys at the same time
9) The real measure stored for B axis flashes in sector (C fig 1)
10) Carry out instructions 4)-5)-6) for entering the real measure value for B axis: see MACHINE
SPECIFICATIONS
