Sound signature
RHA’s proprietary DualCoil™
dynamic drivers deliver a

and detail. Fine-tuning is
DualCoil™
dynamic driver
To achieve the highest quality sound
reproduction, RHA reimagined the
traditional dynamic driver. The T20/
T20i’s DualCoil™ driver features
an additional voice coil situated
within an annular magnet; each coil
operates independently to produce
part of the frequency range, the
inner coil produces bass and
lower mid tones, while the outer coil
generates upper mid and treble
frequencies. This unique technology
allows the
T20/T20i to outperform
conventional driver technology in
levels of clarity, resolution and detail,
and deliver rened audio with a
neutral tonal balance.

Tuning filters
A choice of three
interchangeable lters allows
for personalised ne-tuning of
the sound signature of the T20/
T20i. Each pair of tuning lters
has been carefully designed to
allow a degree of customisation
of the frequency response; this
means the sound signature can
be adjusted for styles of music
that place emphasis on different
parts of the audible spectrum:
Treble Emphasis (copper):
Accentuated higher frequencies
for a more lively and exciting
response in treble reproduction.

Changing tuning
filters
To change lters, remove
the existing lter by turning
it anti-clockwise; line up the
replacement lter with the
opening of the driver housing
and screw in place with a
clockwise motion.
In order to protect the
handmade driver of the T20/
T20i, it is highly recommended
that both housings have tuning
lters inserted at all times.

Construction
RHA’s team of engineers used
metal injection moulding
(MIM) to develop a complex,
ergonomic driver housing
in durable stainless steel.
The ten hour manufacturing
process involves heating the
metal to over 1200°C while
carefully forming the unique
shape. By pioneering this
technology in headphones,
RHA is afforded a level of
control over their sonority,
airow and positioning which
was previously impossible
using traditional manufacturing
methods. The result is highly
durable driver housings which
t users perfectly and assists
in delivering sound which is
accurate, detailed and natural.
Ear tip choice
Choosing the ear tip that best ts
your ear is essential to ensure that
the quality of sound and comfort of
the headphone are as intended. In
order to nd the most appropriate
t, try as many of the included
ear tips until one fully lls the ear
canal without putting pressure
on the ear. The ear tip should
block external noise and ensure
the sound channeled into the
ear represents a full range of
frequencies.
Fitting
The T20/T20i features patent
pending mouldable ear
hooks designed to prevent
microphonic feedback and
ensure a comfortable, secure t.
Holding the driver housings,
the ear hooks should be
placed behind the ears and the
headphone looped over and
inserted. When the headphone
is comfortably inserted into
the ear, adjust the ear hooks to
ensure that they are contoured
to each ear and feel secure.
Clothing clip
The optional clothing clip is designed to keep your headphones
secure and reduce cable feedback during active use. Hook the bottom
of the clip onto the two cables above the point where the main cable
separates, then fasten the clip to your clothing where convenient.

Safety
To avoid hearing damage, make
sure the volume on your music
source is turned down before
wearing your headphones.
Once your headphones are on
your head or in your ears, turn
the volume up to a moderate
level. Avoid listening to music
at loud volume levels for
prolonged periods of time
as this may cause permanent
hearing damage or hearing
loss. Your hearing is delicate
and highly sensitive so please
listen to your music responsibly,

Don’t use headphones when it
is unsafe to do so, for example,
when operating a vehicle,
cycling, crossing the road,
or during any activity which
requires your full attention and
ability to hear. You should be

Cleaning and
maintenance
Keeping your headphones
clean is essential for safe and
hygienic use and continued
high quality performance.
One set of interchangeable tuning
lters should be screwed in place
on the T20/T20i at all times to
protect the internal components.
Occasionally removing and
cleaning ear tips with a
hypoallergenic antibacterial
liquid is recommended.
When not in use, headphones
should be stored in the
supplied case to ensure they are
not exposed to dirt or moisture.
