INTRODUCTION
The Remeha Avanta Plus is a series of high-efficiency fully
condensingcentralheatingboilers,forwallmounting,available
inthefollowingtypes:
• RemehaAvantaPlus24c,28c,35cand39c-withintegrat-
eddomestichotwatersystem(Combi-type)
• RemehaAvantaPlus18s,24s,30s-withoutintegrated
domestichotwatersystem(ystem-type)

These technical instructions contain useful and important infor-
mation for the correct installation, operation and maintenance
of the Remeha Avanta Plus combi and system boilers.
Read these instructions carefully before putting the boiler into
operation,familiariseyourselfwiththeircontrolfunctionsand
operation, strictly observing the instructions given. Failure to
dosomayinvalidatewarrantyorpreventtheboilerfrom
operating correctly.
The installation, commissioning, inspection and servicing of
the boiler must be carried out by a competent registered engi-
neerwhoholdsvalidACScertificationandinaccordancewith
currentgassafety(installationanduse)regulations,thebuild-
ing regulations and all other relevant codes of practice.
Allelectricalworkmustbecarriedoutbyacompetentengi-
neerandtobeinstalledinaccordancewiththecurrentIEE
regulations.
It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all flue sys-
temsareinstalledinaccordancewithmanufacturersinstruc-
tions and all the requirements of EN 14471.
On commissioning the certificate in the Benchmark Checklist
withintheInstallation+Servicemanualmustbecompleted
andleftonsitewithacopysendontoRemehafor
registration purposes.
