FOREWORD
It is compulsory to read this instruction manual before starting any operation. This manual has been prepared to allow correct
installation, set-up and maintenance of the equipment. It is of fundamental importance that the warnings contained in this booklet
are read carefully as they provide important indications on safe installation, use and maintenance. The guarantee of correct
operation and full performance of the machine is strictly dependent on the application of all the instructions contained in this
manual.
The manufacturer declines all direct and indirect responsibility deriving from:
- Non-compliance with the instructions contained in the manual;
- Use by unqualified personnel who have not read and understood the contents of this manual;
- Use by unqualified personnel who have not read and understood the contents of this manual; Use that does not comply with
specific regulations in force in the place of installation;
- Unauthorised modifications and/or repairs to the machine;
The transfer of the machine automatically invalidates the manufacturer's responsibility if it is not accompanied by the relative
manual. If the machine is transferred to a second user from a country with a different Community language, it will be the
responsibility of the primary user to provide a copy of this manual translated faithfully and correctly into the language of the country
in which the machine will be operating. In the case of transfer of the machine, moreover, the primary user is invited to inform the
manufacturer of the address of the new user so that it is possible to reach him with any communications considered essential.
It is guaranteed that the Machine conforms to the specifications and technical instructions described in the Manual at the date of
issue of the same; on the other hand, the machine may in the future undergo technical changes, even significant, without the
Manual being updated. The Manufacturer declines all responsibility for possible inaccuracies contained in this manual, due to
printing or transcription errors.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The manufacturer declares that the appliances conform to directives 2006/42/EC, CEI EN 60335-1:2013, CEI EN 60335-2-89:2011.
The manufacturer declines all liability for direct damage caused by incorrect use, exceptional events, incorrect installation or poor
maintenance.
1. WARNINGS
1.1 SAFETY WARNINGS FOR INSTALLATION
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any operation carried out on the equipment which neglects the indications given in
this manual. Remember that installation or maintenance other than those indicated in the manual may result in damage, injury or
death.
• Interventions, tampering or modifications not authorised by the manufacturer may cause damage, injury or fatal accidents and will
invalidate the warranty.
• Installation and extraordinary maintenance must be carried out by specialised and authorised technical personnel with a good
knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems, in accordance with the standards in force in the country of use and in compliance
with the regulations relating to systems and safety at work.
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, make sure that the mains voltage and frequency correspond to those
indicated on the rating plate.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, disconnect the machine from the mains power supply (turn the main
switch to the OFF position and remove the plug).
• THE MACHINE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED IN AN ATMOSPHERE WITH A RISK OF EXPLOSION. Do not store
explosive substances, such as pressurised containers with flammable propellant, in this equipment.
• Before installation, check and ensure the following prerogatives:
- that the installation rooms are suitable for food preparation;
- that the electrical and plumbing systems comply with the regulations in force in the country of use;
- that there is a high-sensitivity differential magnetothermal switch (30 mA) upstream of the appliance's power supply to
which the machine must be connected;
- that a connection point to the water mains is already provided in the vicinity of the equipment;
- that the machine's supporting surface is level, especially if it is mounted on wheels.
• During installation of the equipment
- it is not permitted for persons not involved in the installation to pass through or remain near the work area;
- use personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, safety shoes, etc.);
- operate in compliance with the work safety regulations in force in the country of use;
• WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, under penalty of loss of all responsibility on the part of the
manufacturer.
• The packaging material, being potentially dangerous, must be kept out of the reach of children or animals and correctly disposed
of according to local regulations.
• The product is shipped after it has passed the following tests: visual, electrical and functional.
CAUTION: Keep ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or built-in structure free from obstructions.
CAUTION: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process other than those recommended by
the manufacturer.
CAUTION: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the appliance's frozen food storage compartments if they are not of the type
recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: In order to reduce the risks associated with flammability, the installation of this appliance must only be carried out by
suitably experienced and qualified personnel.
1.2. PRODUCT TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
The equipment arrives protected by packaging. Check on arrival that the equipment has not been damaged during transport and
that it is complete in all its parts as ordered. In the event of visible damage, note the damage immediately on the transport
document with the words: "WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE FOR EVIDENT PACKAGE DAMAGE". After removing the packaging,
