If the indicator light begins to ash during operation, the unit should be charged again as soon

as possible to ensure continued operation.

NOTE: If the blades become blocked or are otherwise not able to turn freely, the product will stop

immediately and the white LED indicator will ash. Whilst the light is ashing, the product will not

liquids.

NOTE: The total amount of food and liquid should not exceed the maximum mark (300mL) of the

CLEANING

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Issue Possible Cause Remedy

Product does not start • Is it used continuously

rst, then turn on and put it

in position.

• Reduce the liquid capacity

to not exceed the rated

capacity of the cup.

Burnt smell coming from the

motor

• Continuous use time is

longer than 40 second

is inside the main unit.

Due to the friction of the

carbon brush, an odour will

occur, but it is not a product

failure. Please feel free to

use.

Charging without prompt

(light not ashing)

• Bad connection of USB data

line.

• Due to the identication
