This conversion kit shall be installed by a
qualified service agency in accordance with
the manufacturer’s instructions and all
applicable codes and requirements of the
Authority Having Jurisdiction. If the
information in these instructions is not
followed exactly, a fire, explosion or
production of carbon monoxide may
result causing property damage, personal
injury or loss of life. The qualified service
agency is responsible for the proper
installation of this kit. The installation is not
proper and complete until the operation of
the converted appliance is checked as
specified in the manufacturer’s instructions
supplied with the kit.

Never use this appliance in an enclosed
space such as a camper, tent, car or home.

IF YOU SMELL GAS
• Shut off gas supply to the fire table.
• Extinguish any open fame.
• Do not try lighting any appliance.
• Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your building.
• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone.
• Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
Installation and repair should be done by a qualified service person. The appliance should be
inspected before use and at least annually by a qualified service person. More frequent cleaning may
be required as necessary. It is imperative that the control compartment, burners, and circulating air
passageways of the appliance are kept clean.
• WARNING: Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency or gas
supplier.
• WARNING: Failure to follow with the safety warnings and precautions in this manual may result in
serious bodily injury or death, a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.

!This conversion kit is for changing a liquefied Petroleum(LP) fire table into a Natural Gas
Fire Table.

1ENSURE THE UNIT IS OFF AND COMPLETELY COOL, AND THE GAS
SUPPLY TO THE UNIT IS TURNED OFF.
!WARNING
Disconnecting the LP Gas Tank
Make sure the valve on the LP gas tank is OFF.
Disconnect by turning the knob counter clockwise until it is
detached from the valve.
2Remove lava rock from burner pan area carefully.

Lay down blanket or cardboard to avoid
damaging the finish, carefully tilt unit on
its side.

4Disconnect the Propane regulator from the fire table.
5Hold the knob and knob fixing block, pull it out of the LP valve.
Turn the hex nut counterclockwise to disconnect the
LP valve from the control panel.

Disconnect the bellows(A) and thermocouple(B) from the LP valve.
ONLY turn the brass joint counterclockwise on the bellows when disconnecting it from valve.
DO NOT rotate the stainless steel tube. Excessive rotation of the stainless steel tube will cause the gas pipe to
twist or break,causing gas leaks.

8Disconnect the bellows.
Disconnect the LP orifice spud from the Burner tube.

Slip sleeve over the end of burner tube and cover the LP primary air hole,
then screw it.
Find the new NG orifice spud, verify it is the correct size, the sign 3.1mm
should be on the side of the orifice spud.
Screw the new NG orifice spud into Burner tube.
Re-attach bellows to the NG orifice spud.

11 Locate the new NG valve, verify it is the correct one, the lable
“ NATURAL GAS VALVE ” should be on the new NG valve.
Attach NG hose to the NG Valve.(see D)
Re-attach bellows to the NG Valve.(see E)
Re-attach thermocouple to the NG Valve.(see F)

Please note that the valve has an air inlet and an air outlet with arrows
indicating the flow direction of the gas,the gas comes out of from the
Natural Gas Piping Quick Disconnect and NG Hose Valve
Orifice Spud Burner.
Failure to follow the instructions could result in fire or explosion,
which could cause property damage, personal injury, or death.

When connecting the bellows, please ONLY
turn the brass joint counterclockwise on the
bellows.Do not rotate the stainless steel tube.

12 Connect the new NG valve to the control panel.
13 Connect the knob and knob fixing block to the new NG valve.
Attention: There is a spare knob fixing block in the conversion kit to prevent
it from being lost or damaged.
14 Attach quick disconnect to the gas supply.
