READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND NOTE THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
AND WARNINGS. USE THE MACHINE CORRECTLY AND WITH CARE FOR THE
PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY AND/OR SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION
MANUAL SAFE FOR FUTURE USE.
-Read the manual carefully before using the press.
-This press is intended for use by properly trained and experienced personnel only. If you
are not familiar with proper and safe operation of a hydraulic press, do not use until you
have obtained proper training and knowledge.
-Only use this press on a surface that is stable, level, dry and not slippery, and capable of
sustaining the load. Keep the surface clean, tidy and free from unrelated materials. Ensure
there is adequate lighting.
-Carefully check the condition of the press, hydraulic connections, hoses and level of hydraulic
oil before each use. Do not use the press if you notice any fault or defect.
-Replace damaged parts and tighten all loose bolts before operating.
-If the machine needs repairing or there is any part that needs to be replaced, have it re-
paired by an authorised service center. Only use the replacement parts supplied by the
manufacturer.
-We recommend an annual inspection by qualified personnel.
-Do not press springs or irregularly shaped objects that may slip or be ejected.
-The workpiece should be firmly on the bed plate and perpendicular to the ram.
-Never exceed maximum capacity. Keep an eye on the pressure gauge.
-Always wear approved impact safety goggles and work gloves when operating the press.
Watch out for loose and flying fragments and pieces. Some workpieces may pop out of the
press or explode under pressure.
-Do not get too close to a loaded press.
-Never leave a loaded press unattended.
-Do not operate the machine when you are tired, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
intoxicating medication.
-Do not modify the machine in any way.
-Do not expose the press to rain or any other kind of bad weather.
-Keep the labels in good condition. Do not detach them. If they are damaged or missing,
please contact your dealer.
