AIO GATEWAY
Setup of AIO GATEWAY in combination with AIO CREATOR NEO & ConfigTool
1. Connect AIO GATEWAY to power and LAN
Note: Operate the product only with the supplied AC adapter.
Please connect the AIO GATEWAY to power first. Then you can connect the AIO GATEWAY with your local network.
2. Configure AIO GATEWAY
Download the AIO GATEWAY ConfigTool:

Gateway ConfigTool - Download for Mac
Now install and start the ConfigTool. All detected AIO GATEWAYS will be listed. Te refresh the list use the „Refresh
gateway list“ button.
Now tap on AIO GATEWAY to open the details. The illustration shows the settings in the delivery state:

Now adapt the IP-Settings to your local network (Tab "Network"). Select the „Network“ Tab and click the Setup-
Button. Here a password is required. The original password in the factory settings is: „admin“. Now you enter the
setup-mode and are able to change all settings (passwords, names, etc)
If you don't know how to set yout IP-Settings correctly , please use the „Suggest network settings“ functionality to
generate valid IP-Settings automatically. Click „Save“ to store the changes.
caution:
You should only use this feature if you are not familiar with the manual configuration of
network settings. An automatic setup may cause a non-compliant use of DHCP
functions.
Firmware Update:
Important:
Please check if a new firmware is available for your AIO GATEWAY and install it by clicking the „Update firmware“
button.
The ConfigTool always indicates the currently installed (current) and the latest available firmware (latest). From time to
time you should check with the ConfigTool whether a new firmware is available for your gateway.
caution:
Never disconnect the Gateway while a firmwareupdate is running.

Factory reset:
The following reset options are executable:
1. simple reset (green LED lights permanently)
2. reset of all passwords (yellow LED lights permanently)
3. factory reset (yellow & green LED are blinking)
To execute any of the above resets, please follow these steps:
•You find the reset button on the backside of the AIO GATEWAY (small hole). To start the reset mode you
have to press the rest button with a pointed object (i.a. a paperclip) and hold it. After approx. 5 seconds the
backside-LEDs start to light and the reset mode begins. Please hold the button.
•While you are holding the button, the 3 reset modes will be offered one after the other by changing the
lighting of the LEDs. If you hold the button the 3 modes will enter in a permanent loop.
•To execute the reset you have to release the held button in the right moment. Release the button exactly
when the required reset type is indicated by the LEDs.
•After a factory reset the admin password is again: „admin“.
3. Activate your AIO GATEWAY in AIO CREATOR NEO
Now you can integrate your AIO GATEWAY to AIO CREATOR NEO, to control your devices.

Run the AIO CREATOR NEO and insert a valid licence key.
Open the Device Manager:
Select the tab „Gateways“, and store your AIO GATEWAY as a new gateway.

Use the "Search Gateways"-Button to inbsert the settings automatically. Please check if the detected IP Settings
match with your ConfigTool settings . If not change them manually.
Now your AIO GATEWAY is ready for use.
