When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including
the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put in water or other liquid.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely
supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet.
Never pull from the power cord.
5. Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other
utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, or damage
to the mixer.

7. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or injury.

9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
10. Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
11. Remove beaters from mixer before washing.
12. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk
of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not modify the plug in any way.
13. Do not let stirring accessories touch acidic food or soak in acidic solutions.

Note
Mixing bowl tools
Your stand mixer will automatically turn o after 15 minutes of continuous operation. This
will avoid any potential safety problems due to prolonged usage.
Before you use the stand mixer and accessories for the first time, thoroughly clean the parts
that come into contact with food. You can only plug in and switch on the appliance after you
correctly assemble the accessories.
Before first use

1. Before switching on your stand mixer, make sure the knob is the O (0) position and then attach
the whisk, beater or dough hook.
2. Up to 500 g (4 cups) of flour plus other ingredients can be processed in the bowl.
3. Follow the recommended quantities, processing time and speed as indicated in user manual. Do
not exceed the suggested processing speed to avoid damage to the machine.

Using Your Stand Mixer
Before you start, make sure that you pick the correct attachment using the information below:

Tips
•To avoid splashing, always increase speed gradually.
•Whisk: before whisking egg whites or cream, make sure that the bowl and the whisk are dry
and free from grease.
•Kneading: use the dough hook to knead yeast dough for bread and pizzas.
•You need to adjust the amount of liquid to form the dough according to the humidity and
temperature condition.
•If you want to re-knead the dough with your stand mixer, press the dough down to the
bottom of the bowl to avoid the dough wrapping around the dough hook. Make sure that you
re-knead the dough within the recommended speed.

Ingredients:
•500 gflour • 50 g olive oil• 1 teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon sugar • 7 g yeast •260 mL (approx.1 cup) warm water
1. Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl andturn the rotary knobtospeed 1.
2. Pour in the water and thenthe oil.
3. Switch to speed 2 and continue kneading until one smoothdough ballis formed.
4. Grease a bowl with olive oil.
5. Place the dough ball into the greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
6. Let dough rise for 1 hour untilit is doubled in size.
7. Remove the air from the raiseddough.
8. Fold dough into a log shape and fit dough into a loaf pan.
9. Cover loaf pan and let dough rise for 1 hour.
10. Bake inpreheated oven350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
Recipes: Breaddough (Hook)
Ingredients:
•3 eggs •150 g butter • 150 gcastor sugar • 150 gflour • 3 gbaking powder
1. Cut the butter into 2 cm (3/4") cubes.
2. Put the butter cubes and sugar in a bowl and mix together at speed 1.
3. Gradually increase the speed from 1 to4.
4. Add the eggs one at a time andkeepmixing at speed 4 until your eggs are mixed in.
5. Fold in baking powder and flour to the mixture and mix at speed 4 until allthe ingredients are
mixed together.
6. Put the batter into a 30 cm long baking pan.
7. Place pan in the middle of the oven.
8. Bake in preheated oven 350°F (180°C) for 30–40 minutes.
Recipe: Cake batter (Beater)
Ingredients:
•340 gcups all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling
•227 gcold unsalted butter,cutinto2 cm (3/4") cubes.
•1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoonsugar • 6to 8tablespoons ice water
1. Put all the dry ingredients to the bowl andturn the rotary knobtospeed to speed 1.
2. Add the cold butter into the dry ingredients and gradually increase the speed from 1 to 3.

3. Add 1 tablespoon iced water at a time to the mixture until it forms a crumbly dough. If the dough
doesn't hold together, add a little more water and mix it for a longer time. Do not add too much water,
otherwise, it will make the crust tough.
4. Form the dough into the shape you want and wrap it with plastic wrap.
5. Keep dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 2 days.
6. Rest the dough at room room temperature for a few minutes before rolling and baking.
7. Bake in preheated oven 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 4 egg whites • 1 cup (200 grams) superfine or caster sugar
1. Whisk the egg whites at speed 7 until soft peaks are formed.
2. Gradually add the sugar while processing at speed 4 until firm peaks are formed.
3. Spoon the meringue onto a baking tray which is covered with baking paper.
4. Preheat your oven to 220°F (105°C) and place the tray with the meringue in the centre of the oven.
5. Bake the meringues for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours until they are dry and crisp.
6. Turn o the oven and dry the meringues in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
Recipes: Meringue (Whisk)
1. If stand mixer produces unusual smells, smoke, etc., you should immediately turn o power and
stop use.
2. If the stand mixer does not work, please check if the power supply is connected, if the switch is at
the ON position and if fittings are installed in place.
3. If the stand mixer still does not work after checks mentioned above, please consult the designated
repair centre for maintenance.
Caution
If your appliance does not work, check;
That it is plugged in correctly.
That the accessories are correctly locked.
That the multi-function head is locked in a horizontal position.
Your appliance comes with a microprocessor that controls and analyses the operating power. If the
load becomes too high, your appliance will stop automatically. To restart your appliance, turn the rotary
button to the "0" position and remove some of your ingredients. Allow your appliance to cool down for
a few minutes. You can the select the desired speed to complete your preparation.

Refer to the chart below for information on cleaning the parts with water, dishwasher or damp
cloth.
Clean the main unitwith a damp cloth.
Clean the other parts in hot water (<60°C/140°F) with some wash liquid or in a dishwasher
(refer to the table).
