Safety Precautions
To use this product in safety, please follow the precautions given below.
WARNING
If you notice smoke, a strange smell, or a strange sound, turn off the power immediately, and
remove the USB cable and/or battery pack. Then contact the dealer.
If any foreign material (metal scraps, water, or other fluid) enters the printer, immediately turn
off the printer and remove the USB cable and/or battery pack. Then, contact your dealer for
advice. Continued use of the printer could result in a fire.
Never attempt to repair the printer yourself. Also do not disassemble or modify the product.
Doing so could lead to injury, fire, or electric shock.
Do not touch the tear bar.
There is a tear bar inside the paper outlet slot. Neither put your hand in the paper outlet slot
while printing is in progress, or put your hand into the outlet even when printing is not in
progress.
The printer cover can be opened when replacing the paper. However, since the tear bar is on
the inside of the printer cover, be careful not to place your face or hands too close to the tear
bar.
During and immediately after printing, the area around the thermal head is very hot.Do not touch
it, as you could be burned.
If any battery fluid gets on your skin or clothing, immediately wash the affected area with fresh
water. Otherwise, skin damage may result.
The battery pack may be hot immediately after the product has been used.

Instruction Before Use
•Images printed by this product are to be used for personal enjoyment. Unauthorized printing of
copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
•The warranty provisions of this printer apply only to the country or region where you purchase. If
there is any problem for the printer abroad, please return it to the place where you purchase, then
ask the hotline center for help.
•Although the display screen is produced with very precise manufacturing technology, and 99.99%
of the pixels meet the design specification, in rare cases, some pixels may be defective or may
appear as red or black dots. This is not a malfunction and will not affect the printed image.
•A plastic protective film may be attached to the display screen to prevent scratching during
shipment. In this case, remove the plastic film before using the printer.

printer.
•This printer cannot use ink, paper or postcards for other series.

4. Initial Preparations
4.1 Loading the Ink Cassette
1. Check the ink cassette size.
•Make sure the size of the ink cassette matches the size of
the paper you will use.
2. Open the ink cassette compartment cover.
3. Load the ink cassette.
•Load the ink cassette into the printer in the direction
of the arrow on the cassette until it clicks into place.
4. Close the ink cassette compartment cover.
Note:
•Do not touch the ink sheet.
•Avoid getting dust on the ink sheet.
•Do not reuse the ink cassette.
Tips
•If the ink sheet is loose, turn the sprocket gently to
tighten it.
•For the ink cassette which has a lock on the bottom, press
the lock to release it while you turn the sprocket to make
the sheet tight, as shown on the left.

4.2 Loading the Paper Cassette
1. Open the covers.
•There are two layers of covers. First open the outer
cover①, then the inner cover②.
2. Load the paper.
•Remove the paper cassette paper from the bag , remove
protective sheets from the paper, and place all the paper
(18 sheets) into the paper cassette.
•Placing more than 19 sheets of paper may damage the
printer or cause malfunction.
•Load the paper into the paper cassette with the glossy
side up.
•Do not touch the glossy side, except for the non-printable
area.
•When using the paper cassette to print L-type paper
(89×119mm), it requires to place the L-type paper
cassette.
Note: When printing P-type paper, please remove L-type
paper cassette.
•When using the paper cassette to print C-type paper
(54×86mm), it requires to place the C-type paper
cassette.
Note: When printing P-type paper, please remove C-type
paper cassette.

Note:
•Never do the following, or else it may damage the printer or cause the malfunction.
- When loading the paper, the glossy side and back side are reversed
- Bend or cut the paper at the perforations before printing
- Write on the paper before printing
- Reuse the paper, such as printing on blank areas
•Do not touch the springs on the paper cassette as shown.
•Accidentally bending the springs may prevent efficient paper feeding.
•Pay attention that one spring is attached in the center on the top of the card-sized paper cassette.
•Avoid touching or rubbing the glossy, printing sided of the paper.
•Do not handle the paper with wet hands, and prevent the paper from attaching dust. Dirt or
moisture may cause banding or affection print quality, or damage the printer.
3. Close the inner cover.
•Close the inner cover firmly until it clicks into place.
•Leave the outer cover open when printing.
4. Open the paper cassette compartment cover.
5. Load the paper cassette.
•Make sure the outer cover is open, and fully insert the
paper cassette into the compartment. (It slides about 2
cm into the compartment)
