Important safety information
General safety
Read these instructions carefully. Only then will you be able to operate your
appliance safely and correctly. Retain the instruction manual and installation
instructions for future use or for subsequent owners.
This product is not intended to be used by persons with physical, sensory or mental
disorders or unlearned or inexperienced people (including children) unless they are
attended by a person who will be responsible for their safety or who will instruct them
accordingly for use of the product. Children must be supervised to prevent them from
tampering with the product. Children must not play with, on, or around the appliance.
Children must not clean the appliance or carry out general maintenance unless they
are at least 8 years old and are being supervised.
This appliance is only intended to be fully fitted in a kitchen, Commercial use is not
admissible. “GAUTION: This appliance is for cooking purposes only. It must not be
used for other purposes, for example room heating.” Check the appliance for damage
after unpacking it. Do not connect the appliance if it has been damaged in transport.
Installation and repair procedures must always be performed byAuthorized
Service Agents. Manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damages arising from
procedures carried out by unauthorized persons and may void the warranty.
Product must be disconnected from the mains during installation, maintenance,
cleaning and repair procedures.
Do not trap the mains cable between the oven door and frame and do not route it
over the hot surfaces. Otherwise, cable insulation may melt and cause fire as a result
of short circuit. Make sure that the product is switched off after every use.
Be careful when using alcoholic drinks in your dishes. Alcohol evaporates at high
temperatures and may cause fire since it can ignite when it comes into contact with hot
surfaces.
Do not heat closed tins and glass jars in the oven. The pressure that would
build-up in the jar may cause it to burst out.
Do not place any flammable materials close to the product as the sides become hot
during use.
Do not place baking trays, dishes or aluminum foil directly onto the bottom of the
oven. The heat accumulation might damage the bottom of the oven.

Keep all ventilation slots clear of obstructions. Product may be hot when it is in use.
Never touch the hot burners, inner sections of the oven, heaters and etc.
Always use heat resistant oven gloves when putting and removing dishes into/from
the hot oven.
Do not use the product with front door glass removed or cracked.
A draught is created when the appliance door is opened. Greaseproof paper may
come into contact with the heating element and catch fire. Do not place greaseproof
paper loosely over accessories during preheating. Always weight down the
greaseproof paper with a dish or a baking tin. Only cover the surface required with
greaseproof paper. Greaseproof paper must not protrude over the accessories. Never
pour water into the hot cooking compartment.
Safety when working with electricity
Any work on electric equipment and systems may only be carried out by authorized
qualified persons.
Even if the oven is off, the cooling fan continues working for a while after turning off
the oven.
In case of any damage, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains
supply by removing the fuse or switching off the circuit breaker. Ensure that the fuse
rating is correct.
Safety for children
Accessible parts of the appliance will become hot whilst the appliance is in use and
until the appliance has cooled, children should be kept away.
“CATUION: Accessible parts may be not when the grill is in use. Young children
should be kept away.”
The packaging materials will be dangerous for children. Keep the packaging
materials away from children. Please dispose of all parts of the packaging according to
environmental standards.
When the door is open, do not load any heavy object on it and do not allow children
to sit on it. It may overturn or door hinges may get damaged.
Causes of damage
Caution!
Accessories, foil, greaseproof paper or ovenware on the cooking compartment
floor: do not place accessories on the cooking compartment floor. Do not cover the
cooking compartment floor with any sort of foil or greaseproof paper. Do not place

ovenware on the cooking compartment floor if a temperature of over 50℃has been set.
This will cause heat to accumulate. The baking and roasting times will no longer be
correct and the enamel will be damaged.
Water in a hot cooking compartment: do not pour water into the cooking
compartment when it is hot. This will cause steam. The temperature change can cause
damage to the enamel.
Moist food: do not store moist food in the cooking compartment when it is closed
for prolonged periods this will damage the enamel.
Fruit juice: when baking particularly juicy fruit pies, do not pack the baking tray too
generously. Fruit juice dripping from the baking tray leaves stains that cannot be
removed. If possible, use the deeper universal pan.
Cooling with the appliance door open:only allow the cooking compartment to cool
when it is closed. Even if the appliance door is only open a little, front panels of
adjacent units could be damaged over time.
Very dirty door seal: If the door seal is very dirty, the appliance door will no longer
close properly when the appliance is in use. The fronts of adjacent units could be
damaged. Always keep the door seal clean.
Appliance door as a seat, shelf or worktop: Do not sit on the appliance door or
place or hang anything on it. Do not place any cookware or accessories on the
appliance door.
Inserting accessories: depending on the appliance model, accessories can scratch
the door panel when closing the appliance door. Always insert the accessories into the
cooking compartment as far as they will go.
Carrying the appliance: do not carry or hold the appliance by the door handle. The
door handle cannot support the weight of the appliance and could break.
Installation
Before installation
The appliance is intended for installation in commercially available must be left
between the appliance and the kitchen walls and furniture. See figure (values in mm).
Surfaces, synthetic laminates and adhesives used must bi heat resistant (100℃
minimum), and neighboring unit fronts up to 70℃.
Kitchen cabinets must be set level and fixed.A gap of 5 mm is required between
the appliance and surrounding unit fronts.
If there is a drawer beneath the oven, a shelf must be installed between oven and
drawer.

Installation and connection
▲Material damage!
The door and/or handle must not be used for lifting or moving the appliance.
For installation the appliance must be connected in accordance with all local gas
and/or electrical regulations.
Carry the appliance with at least two persons.
Use the slots or wire handles located at both sides to move the appliance.
Connection to the mains supply
This appliance must be earthed!
Our company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by using
the appliance without an earthed socket. Risk of electric shock, short circuit or fire
by unprofessional installation! The appliance may be connected to the mains
supply only by an authorized qualified person and the appliance is only
guaranteed after correct installation.
Risk of electric shock, short circuit or fire by damage of the mains lead! The
mains lead must not be clamped, bent or trapped or come into contact with hot
parts of the appliance. If the mains lead is damaged, it must be replaced by a
qualified electrician.

The mains supply must correspond to be data specified on the rating plate of
the appliance. The appliance mains cable must correspond to the specifications
and the power consumption.
Risk of electric shock! Before starting any work on the electrical
installation, please disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.
Installation
1. Slide the oven through the cabinet aperture, align and secure.
2. Fix your oven with the 2 screws and washers as indicated in the figure.
Final check
1. Connect the appliance to the mains supply and switch on the mains supply.
2. Check function.
Disposal
Disposal of packaging material
Packaging materials are dangerous to children. Keep packaging materials
in a safe place out of reach of children. Packaging materials of the product
are manufactured from recyclable materials. Dispose of them properly
and sort in accordance with recycled waste instructions. Do not dispose of
them with normal domestic waste.
Disposing of the old product
Dispose of the old product in an environmentally friendly manner.
Refer to your local dealer or solid waste collection center in your product.
Before disposing of the product, cut off the power cable plug and make
the door lock (if any) unusable to avoid dangerous conditions to children.

Your accessories
The accessories supplied with your appliance are suitable for making many meals.
Ensure that you always insert the accessories into the cooking compartment the right
way round.
There is also a selection of optional accessories, with which you can improve on some of
your favorite dishes, or simply to make working with your oven more convenient.
Inserting accessories
You can insert the accessories into the cooking compartment at 5 different levels.Always
insert them as far as they will go so that the accessories do not touch the door panel
The accessories can be pulled out approximately halfway until they lock in place. This
allows dishes to be removed easily.
Note: The accessories may deform when they become hot. Once they cool down again,
they regain their original shape. This does not affect their operation.
Oven pan
For moist cakes, pastries, frozen meals and large roasts. It can also be used to catch
dripping fat when you are grilling directly on the wire rack.

Oven deep pan
Used for pastries, large roasts, juicy dishes, and for collecting the fat while grilling.
Wire rack
Used for roasting and for placing the food to be baked, roasted or cooked in casserole
dishes to the desired rack.
