Funktion und Anwendung

Der Druckschalter PEV-... öffnet oder

schließt einen elektrischen Stromkreis

beim Erreichen eines einstellbaren

Druckwertes (Wechsler). Durch das An-

steigen des Drucks wird eine Membran

bewegt. Die Auslenkung hängt von der

Druckkraft und der einstellbaren Feder-

vorspannung ab. Bei einer definierten

Auslenkung der Membran wird ein Mi-

kroschalter betätigt, der die elektrischen

Kontakte schließt bzw. öffnet.

Der PEV-... wird bestimmungsgemäß

eingesetzt zur Erzeugung von Überwa-

chungssignalen für Steuerungen.

Voraussetzungen für den

Produkteinsatz

Allgemeine, stets zu beachtende Hin-

weise für den ordnungsgemäßen und si-

cheren Einsatz des Produkts:

•Halten Sie die angegebenen Grenz-

werte ein z.B. für Drücke, Kräfte, Mo-

mente, Massen, Temperaturen.

•Sorgen Sie für ordnungsgemäß auf-

bereitete Druckluft.

Function and application

The pressure switch PEV-... interrupts or

closes an electrical circuit when a preset

pressure value is reached (changeover

contact function). As the pressure rises,

this causes a diaphragm to move. The

deflection of the diaphragm depends on

the pressure force and the adjustable in-

itial spring tension. At a defined deflecti-

on of the diaphragm, a microswitch is

actuated and closes the electrical con-

tacts.

The PEV-... is designed for generating

monitoring signals for control systems.

Safety conditions

These general conditions for the correct

and safe use of the product must be ob-

served at all times:

•Please observe the limits for pressu-

res, forces, torque values, masses,

speeds, temperatures and electrical

voltages.

•Please ensure that there is a supply

of correctly-prepared compressed air.

rufsgenossenschaft, des Techni-

schen Überwachungsvereins oder

entsprechende nationale Bestimmun-

gen.

•Entfernen Sie alle Transportvorkeh-

rungen wie Schutzwachs, Folien,

Kartonagen.

Die Entsorgung der einzelnen Werk-

stoffe in Recycling-Sammelbehälter

ist möglich.

•Berücksichtigen Sie die Warnungen

und Hinweise

- am Produkt

- in dieser Bedienungsanleitung.

•Verwenden Sie das Produkt im

Originalzustand ohne jegliche

eigenmächtige Veränderung.

•Please make allowance for the pre-

vailing environmental conditions.

•Please comply with national and

local safety laws and regulations.

•Remove all packaging such as

protective wax, foils and cardboard.

The individual materials can be dis-

posed of in recycling containers.

•Please observe any warnings and in-

structions given

Einbau

mechanisch

•Drehen Sie Schrauben zur Befesti-

gung (M5) in die Durchgangs-

bohrungen (6).

pneumatisch

•Verschlauchen Sie den PEV-... mit

dem Druckluftanschluß G 1/4

(Anziehdrehmoment: max. 20 Nm).

elektrisch

•Entscheiden Sie sich für eine der

folgenden Winkeldosen:

In beiden Fällen ist ein Kabel (z.B.

4 x 0,5 mm2 / 5 x 0 ,5 mm2) selbst

zu montieren (siehe DIN 43 650).

Fitting

Mechanical

•Screw the M5 fastening screws into

the through holes (6).

Pneumatic

•Connect the PEV-... to the compres-

sed air connection G 1/4 (tightening

torque max. 20 Nm).

Electrical

•Choose one of the following angled

sockets:

In both cases, you should fit a cable

(e.g. 4 x 0.5 mm2/ 5 x 0.5 mm2)
