change of coloring in highly stressed areas indicates that the life of the component has been reached and it

Assembling Instruction

Instruction d'assemblage

Rear frame，basket Installation

CAUTION: Your Electric trike equips with a front disk brake. Be careful not to damage the disk, caliper, or

brake pads when reinserting the disk into the caliper. Never activate a disk brake’s control lever unless

the disk inserts correctly in the caliper.

1.Carefully take your trike out of the carton and remove all of the inside cardboard protection and

bubble wrap on the trike (Figure.1-1).

2. Cut the zip tie that is fixed on the front fork(Figure. 1-2), unscrew the nuts fixed between the frame

protector and the frame to remove the protector(Figure. 1-3).

3. Take out the tools and hardware bag” ①” required for bike frame installation(six M10*28L cup head

hexagonal screws with locknuts and washers ) from the accessory box.

4.Cut off the zip ties on the rear frame, and then insert two of the screws from hardware bag” ①”

into the holes pointed by the arrows, on the left and right sides of the rear frame(Figure. 1-4).

5.Rotate the rear frame up so that the square base where the rear basket is mounted faces up, insert

the remaining four screws, and tighten these screws with locknuts and washers.(Figure. 1-5)

6. Install the rear basket to rear frame with hardware bag”②” (four M6*42L umbrella head socket

head screws, nuts and washers) (Figure. 1-6).

7. Install the 4 L-shaped brackets above the rear wheels with hardware bag”③” (eight M6*10L cup

head hexagonal screws, and washers) (Figure. 1-7).

8. Install the two fenders on the L-brackets with hardware bag”④” (eight M6*12 umbrella head

socket head screws, nuts and washers) (Figure. 1-8).

Front wheel, handle bar and front basket Installation

1. Turn the front fork counterclockwise so that the fork is facing forward(Figure. 2-1), and then install the

front caliper(Figure. 2-2).

2. Insert the stem of handle bar into the head tube of the frame, adjust the direction of the

handle bar and tighten the top screw. (Figure. 2-3).

3. Loosen the nuts on the front wheel and separate the normal spacer from the anti-rotation

spacer (Figure. 2-4). The prongs of the front fork need to be installed between two spacers.

4. Install the front wheel onto the fork and tighten the nuts (Figure. 2-5). Note: The protruding

part of the anti-rotation spacer needs to be stuck in the foot fork of the front fork.

5. Connect the motor plugs and fix on the front fork (Figure. 2-6).

6. Remove the screws on head tube to Install the front basket (Figure. 2-7).Note: The wire harness

from handle bar can be fixed between the front basket and the head tube.

Display, front and rear lights Installation

1. Take out the rubber washers from display and install them on the handlebar(Figure. 3-1).

2. Install the display on the rubber gasket on the handle bar(Figure. 3-2). Check whether the plugs of

the display and buttons are loose.

3. Install the front light to the front basket with hardware bag”⑤”(M6*16 bolt, nut and washer), and

them connect the light plug to display plug. Remove the screw on front fork bridge and install the front

fender(Figure. 3-3).

4. Turn the tricycle over to reveal the bottom and install the rear taillight, connect the light plug to the

extended plug in the controller box (Figure. 3-4). After that, attach the light cable to the frame with zip

ties.

Seat Post Installation

1. Please pay attention to the vertical lines on the seat post; it is the minimum insert line or safety line.

Please make sure install the post into the frame deeper than the minimum insertion line. It is at the bottom

of the seat post (Figure. 4-1).

Warning: It could break the seat tube during riding if the seat post does not install correctly. It is not

covered by the warranty.

2. Open the clamp on the seat tube, insert the seat post into the seat tube, adjust the seat to a

comfortable height, tighten the tension adjusting nut, and press the clamp lever inward toward the seat

tube(Figure. 4-2).
