burner
A complex of safety devices provide for
thesafetyof theappliance.Air-feedfan,
step–regulated,controlsthecombuson
according to energy needs and is
maintained in opmal working order.
IndependentSTBthermostatshut-othe
burner and shut o the fuel feeding in
thecombusonchamberincaseofrising
boilertemperature.
• Elbow-shape feeder chute. The
geometrical shape of burner feeder
chute prevents backre entry from
burner into pellet hopper. The exible
tubeismeltedatatemperatureabove
80°C.Thuspreventaccesstothehopper
ofthere.
• Thermostac protecon (80°С). The
thermostacproteconisedonthe
feederchute.Whenthesurfaceofthe
feederchutereaches80°С,thecontrol
stops the feeding of pellets into the
burnerandsignalsforfault(BBAlarm).
• Fuse. In case of electrical fault in the
system of the burner (short circuit,
currentoverload,etc.),theoverloadis
bornebytheelectricalfuseedonthe
maincontrolpaneloftheburner(10А).
• Power interrupon. Innovave
controller.Incaseofpowerinterrupon,
allparametersengsarestoredinthe
memory of the controller. Upon the
subsequent restart of the burner, the
controller resumes the execuon of
the program from the point when the
powerinterruponoccurred.
2.4.Designofpelletauger
The auger transports pellets from fuel
hopper to burner. Auger elements are:
augerpipe,augerhose,motor,conveyor
beltformovingthepellets.
