Pinch Roller Replacement
1. Raise the pinch-roller lever arm, as shown in Figure 1. Be sure to leave the lever
UP/disengaged during the entire process.

2. At the back of your cutter, and using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2)
bracket screws, as illustrated in Figure 2. Then remove the bracket, along with the
white nylon washer.

3. Remove the pinch roller by sliding the pinch roller right, to the notch at the right side
of the rail. You can then remove it through the notch as shown in Figure 3..

4. You are now ready to install the replacement pinch roller . Be sure the replacement
pinch roller is DIS-engaged. The CAM must be showing (pointing down), and the
square must be perpendicular to the direction of the rail as show in Figure 4.

5. Install the replacement pinch roller; be sure that it is aligned squarely to the rail.
Note: the pinch roller replacement must be installed in the DIS-engaged position.
