STEP 1: Attach the castors

WHAT YOU NEED

2 x Castors with lock (each with M10 nut)

2 x Castors without lock (each with M10 nut)

4 x M10 Flat Washers

4 x M10 Spring Washers

(a) Remove the M10 nuts, then screw the 4 castors onto the underside of the base shelf

(2 castors without lock at the front and 2 castors with lock at the back). Be sure to screw

them all the way in at this stage. They can be adjusted later if the floor is not level.

(b) Fit 1 M10 Flat Washer and 1 x M10 Spring Washer onto each of the two rear castor bolts

from the top of the base panel. Fix each in place with 1 x M10 nut. Tighten the nuts firmly

to lock the castor height. Attach one “L” bracket to the top of each of the front castor bolts

and secure each bolt with 1 x M10 Flat Washer, 1 x M10 Spring Washer, and 1 x M10 nut.

Don't fully tighten yet.

STEP 2: Fit the anti-tilt feet

(For the 2B stand alone only –ignore for 6B or for 4B stand alone)

WHAT YOU NEED

4 x springs

4 x support plate

4 x M6 nuts

For the 2B barbeque on cart as a stand-alone unit, the anti-tilt feet need to be extended as in

above image. Only tuck the anti-tilt under the cart when moving the barbeque while it is not in

use. Once the bbq is in position, always extend the anti-tilt feet as pictured above.

STEP 4: Attach the rear panel

WHAT YOU NEED

6 X M6*15mm screws

Using a M6 screw, secure the rear panel.

You do not need any nuts –the screws go into the

The threaded holes in the base shelf or the side

panel.

STEP 5: Attach the upper door brackets

WHAT YOU NEED

4 x M6*15mm Flat Head Screws (2 only for 2B)

1 x Left upper door bracket

1 x Right upper door bracket (4B only)

Screw the upper door brackets to the side panels as shown

(note that 2B cart has only one door, so only left upper door bracket is required)

Tighten all screws firmly before proceeding.

Page 7

Assembly Instructions (continued)

STEP 6: Attach the doors

Start by locating the door lower pin into the hole in the base panel.

Swing the top of the door into position near the upper door bracket.

Push the hinge pin down and allow it to the spring back into the hole in the upper bracket

The door alignment can be changed by adjusting the lower pin height. To do this, use the flat

spanner provided in the bolt pack to screw the lower pin higher or lower as required. You can

also remove the door by pulling the top pin downwards with your finger until the door pin is

released from the upper bracket. The door alignment may need re-adjusting once the bbq and

any adjoining cabinets are all in place.

If joining adjacent carts (e.g. 2B cart & 4B cart to make a 6B), first follow

the barbeque instructions to fit the individual barbeques to the individual

carts. Then follow the barbeque instructions on how to join adjacent

modules.

Assembly Instructions (continued)

STEP 7: If purchased, fit the optional slide out drawer

WHAT YOU NEED

8 X M6*15mm screws

8 x M6 flange nuts

1 X Slide out drawer

Follow the instructions with the bbq to connect and fit a gas cylinder

where required.

Page 9

Assembly Instructions (continued)

STEP 8: If purchased, fit the optional storage rack.

For units that do not require gas cylinders, the racks can fit in place of the optional slide out

drawer.

The racks can also fit onto the optional slide out drawer to create a slide out storage rack system.

In the large size cart, the racks and drawers can fit either or both sides of the cart.

Two racks can stack for increased capacity.

Do not store additional gas cylinders in the cart.

Page 10

Assembly Instructions (continued)

STEP 9: If required, level the cart by adjusting the castor height.

This is more often necessary when multiple carts are joined together. If the cart doors are not

aligned, usually it is because the assembly is not properly level or the screws not properly

tightened. We recommend using a spirit level to check. Make sure that all screws are properly

tightened and that any adjoining carts are bolted together firmly.

To adjust the castor height, first loosen each of the 4 castor locking nuts.

Use a large flat head screwdriver to adjust the castor height. Start with all castors adjusted as

close to the cart base as possible.

Check if any castors are then not touching the ground and adjust downwards until they make

contact with the ground.

Fine tune as required, then tighten all the lock nuts firmly to fix the castor height.
