Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio e in caso di visibili danneggiamenti non utilizzarlo e
rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualicato.
Non lasciare parti dell’imballo alla portata dei bambini, né utilizzarlo come
gioco: è un apparecchio elettrico e come tale va considerato.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che la tensione presente nella presa di corrente, corrisponda a quella indicata nei
dati di targa.
La sicurezza elettrica di questo apparecchio è assicurata solamente quando lo stesso è collegato ad un efcace impianto di
messa a terra.
Nel caso in cui la spina e la presa non siano compatibili, far sostituire la presa con un tipo adatto da personale professionalmente
qualicato.
Non utilizzare adattatori o prolunghe che non siano rispondenti alle vigenti normative di sicurezza o che superino i limiti delle
portate in valore della
corrente.
Staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione quando non è utilizzato e assicurarsi che sia spento.
Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
L’uso di un qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali, in particolare:
- Non toccare l’apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide.
- I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non giochino con l’apparecchio.
- Non utilizzare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi.
- Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sole).
- Non sottoporlo ad urti.
Nel caso vi sia un guasto o un funzionamento anomalo dell’apparecchio staccare immediatamente la spina, non manometterlo
e rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato.
Nel qualcaso si decida di non utilizzare più questo tipo di apparecchio, è opportuno renderlo inoperante, tagliando il cavo di
alimentazione, ovviamente dopo averlo disinserito dalla presa di corrente.
Se il cavo di alimentazione dovesse essere danneggiato, deve essere sostituito solamente presso i centri di assistenza
autorizzati dal costruttore.
L’apparecchio è stato costruito e concepito per funzionare in ambienti domestici; pertanto ogni altro uso è da considerarsi
improprio e quindi pericoloso.
Non usare l’apparecchio all’aperto.
Per motivi di sicurezza l’apparecchio non può essere smontato.
Durante l’uso tenere l’apparecchio su di una supercie piana.
Non appoggiare l’apparecchio su superci inadatte e non resistenti al calore.
Per evitare contatti accidentali con parti calde da parte dei bambini, utilizzare l’apparecchio su piani di appoggio alti almeno 85
cm. dal suolo.
Attenzione: la temperatura delle superci accessibili potrebbe essere elevata quando l’apparecchio è in funzione.
Tenere il cavo lontano da fonti di calore.
Non posizionare l’apparecchio sopra o sotto ad altri forni, forni a micronde o vicino a fornelli a gas.
Posizionare l’apparecchio con la sua parte posteriore contro una parete.
Lasciare minimo 12 cm di spazio attorno a tutte le altre pareti per consentirne un adeguata ventilazione di raffreddamento.
Non movimentare l’apparecchio quando funziona, quando è caldo e quando contiene degli alimenti o dei liquidi.
Fare attenzione all’utilizzo di contenitori di materiale diverso dal metallo e dal vetro (es. ceramica).
Non utilizzare contenitori di plastica, carta o materiali simili.
Si consiglia l’utilizzo di guanti o dispositivi di protezione durante l’inserimento o l’estrazioni di cibi caldi dal forno.

ISTRUZIONI D’USO
Se l’apparecchio è nuovo e non è mai stato utilizzato eseguire le seguenti operazioni per eliminare eventuali
cattivi odori dovuti alla pietra refrattaria o all’imballo.
Collegare l’apparecchio all’alimentazione di rete.
Preriscaldare il forno per circa 10 minuti prima di inserire la pizza con la manopola del termostato nella
posizione 3.
Per utilizzare il TIMER ruotare la manopola superando il tempo da selezionare e tornare indietro no al tempo
che si desidera impostare.
Senza impostare il TIMER l’apparecchio non funziona.
Non far funzionare l’apparecchio senza la piastra refrattaria.
Controllare che la piastra refrattaria sia posizionata correttamente.
Cottura.
Preriscaldare il forno per circa 10 minuti prima di inserire la pizza.
Collocare la pizza sulla piastra in pietra refrattaria e accertarsi di aver rimosso tutti i materiali di imballaggio.
Impostare il timer e posizionare il termostato in posizione 6 (max).
Il tempo di cottura può variare a seconda del numero di ingredienti della guarnitura e al grado di cottura preferito.
Indicativamente saranno necessari dai 5 ai 7 minuti per la cottura della pizza.
I tempi sono da considerarsi indicativi e potrebbero cambiare a seconda di cottura per pizze surgelate o pizze
fresche fatte in casa.
Informazioni generali.
Allo scadere del tempo impostato l’apparecchio smette di funzionare emettendo un segnale acustico di avviso.
Prima di aprire l’apparecchio posizionarsi verso destra o sinistra, ma non frontalmente perchè esce il vapore
caldo.
Attenzione: l’apparecchio è limitato a pizze del diametro di 30 cm; non cuocere pizze più grandi.
Dopo aver terminato di utilizzare l’apparecchio assicurarsi che l’appparecchio sia spento e scollegare il cavo
dalla presa di corrente.
Consigli sull’utilizzo dell’apparecchio.
Fare attenzione a non far colare gli ingredienti della pizza sulla piastra refrattaria perchè potrebbero essere
assorbiti, lasciandola macchiata.
Controllare la cottura della pizza afnchè non lieviti troppo no a raggiungere la resistenza superiore.
Togliere la pizza utilizzando un utensile da cucina apropriato, non tagliare la pizza direttamente sulla piastra
refrattaria o teglia e non trasportare la pizza in tavola con la piastra o la teglia.
Non grafare la piastra, non immergerla nell’acqua e non utilizzarla per applicazioni diverse da quelle per cui
è prevista.
Attendere che si sia sufcientemente raffreddata prima di spostarla o rimuoverla dall’apparecchio, per evitare
di scottarsi.
Evitare di sottoporre la piastra refrattaria a sbalzi termici perchè potrebbe rompersi o spezzarsi.
E’ possibile utilizzare nel forno vaschette di alluminio o ad esempio carta forno, qualora si volesse riscaldare
qualche alimento diverso dalla pizza facendo sempre attenzione a non toccare la resistenza superiore.
MANUTENZIONE
La pulizia dell’apparecchio, deve essere effettuata con un panno morbido e leggermente umido.
Non utilizzare sostanze, liquidi o panni eccessivamente bagnati, perché eventuali inltrazioni potrebbero
danneggiare l’apparecchio irreparabilmente.
Non utilizzare spugne abrasive per la pulizia interna del forno e della piastra.
Prima di pulire la piastra in pietra refrattaria assicurarsi che si siano raffreddate completamente, dopodichè
toglierla dall’apparecchio e rimuovere eventuali resti di cibo.
Non utilizzare detersivi per la pulizia della piastra in pietra refrattaria, poiché il sapone può penetrare nella pietra
e guastare gli alimenti durante la cottura.
Non immergere la piastra refrattaria in acqua, ma utilizzare una spugnetta umida. E’ normale che dopo qualche
utilizzo, la supercie della pietra refrattaria perda la sua estetica iniziale.
Asciugare l’apparecchio prima di riutilizzarlo e riporlo.
NON IMMERGERE MAI L’APPARECCHIO IN ACQUA.

After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of damage. In case of visible damage, do not
use it and contact a qualied technician.
Do not leave parts of the packaging within the reach of children.
This appliance is not a children’s toy: it is an electrical device and must be treated with the necessary caution.
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply voltage matches the indication on the data
plate.
Electrical safety of this appliance is assured only if it has been connected to an effective earthing system.
If the plug and socket are not compatible, the socket has to be replaced with a suitable type by skilled persons.
Do not use adapters or extension cables which do not meet current safety standards or that exceed the current
carrying capacity limits.
Unplug the appliance from the mains when not in use.
Do not tug on the power cable or on the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.
The use of any electrical appliance requires that a number of basic rules are observed, namely:
- Never touch the appliance with wet or humid hands.
- Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance when barefoot.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering (rain, sunlight).
- Do not subject it to rough handling.
In case of failure, disconnect it at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but take it to a service centre approved by
the manufacturer.
If you decide you do not want to use this appliance any longer, disable it by cutting the power cable - of course,
after disconnecting it from the socket.
If the power cable gets damaged, it has to be replaced only at a service centre approved by the manufacturer.
In case of a breakdown or malfunctioning of the appliance, disconnect it at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but
take it to a service centre approved by the manufacturer.
The appliance has been designed and manufactured to operate as an electric cooker in the home. Any other use
is considered inappropriate and dangerous.
Do not use the appliance out of doors.
For safety reasons, the appliance should never be opened.
During use, rest the appliance on a at surface.
To prevent children from accidentally touching hot components, use the appliance on surfaces that are at least
85 cm high.
Keep the appliance out of reach of children and the disabled since the plates reach high temperatures.
Attention: the surfaces temperature could be elevated when the appliance is on.
The appliance must not be operated with an external timer or a separate remote control system.
Do not let any object into the ventilation inlets placed at the back of the appliance.
Do not place the cord near sources of heat.
Do not place the appliance above or below other ovens, microwave ovens or close to gas stoves.
Leave at least 12 cm of free space round the oven to allow for appropriate ventilation and cooling.
Do not move the appliance when it is on, when it is hot or when it contains food or liquids.
Be very careful when using containers made of materials other than metalor glass (for example ceramic).
Do not use containers made in plastic, paper or similar materials.
Use of gloves or other protective devices is recommended when handling hot food to be put into or taken out
of the oven.

WARNINGS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
If the appliance is new and was never used before, carry out the following operations to remove any bad
odours due to the refractory stone or packaging.
Connect the appliance to the mains power supply.
Use of the timer: turn the knob passing the time to select and then back up to the time to set. The product
doesn’t work without setting the timer.
To use the TIMER rotate the knob surpassing the time to select and turn back to the time you wish to set.
The appliance will not work if the TIMER is not set.
Do not operate the appliance without the refractory plate or tin.
Check the refractory plate or the tin is positioned correctly by verifying the grooves under the plates
correspond with those of the appliance.
Cooking.
Preheat the oven for circa 10 minutes before placing the pizza inside.
Place the pizza on the refractory stone plate or in the tin and ensure you have removed all the packaging
materials.
Set the timer and put the thermostat in position 6 (MAX).

MAINTENANCE
This appliance does not require any special maintenance.
Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.
In order to clean the appliance, use a soft or slight damp cloth.
Never use abrasives or chemical solvents.
Do not use very wet substances, liquids or cloths to prevent water from entering into the apparatus and
irreparably damaging it.
Do not use abrasive sponges to clean inside the oven, the plate or the tin.
Before cleaning the refractory stone plate or the tin, ensure it has cooled completely, after which remove from
the appliance and remove any food residue.
Common washing up liquid can only be used to clean the tin; do not use it for the refractory stone plate, since
soap can penetrate the stone and spoil the food during cooking.
Do not submerge the refractory plate in water, but use a damp sponge. It is normal that after certain use, the
surface of the refractory stone looses its initial aesthetic appearance.
Dry the appliance well before reusing it or putting it away.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE INTO THE WATER.
The cooking time can vary based on the number of ingredients in the topping and the level of cooking preferred.
Approximately, circa 5-7 minutes will be necessary to cook the pizza.
The times are considered approximate and could change according to cooking for frozen or fresh home-made
pizzas.
General information.
When the time is up, the appliance stops working and sounds an acoustic warning.
Before opening the appliance, stand to the right or left, but not in front because steam will come out.
If you open the lid during functioning, the safety switch activates to cut heating.
Attention: the appliance is limited to 30 cm diameter pizzas; do not cook bigger pizzas.
Having stopped using the appliance, ensure it is off and disconnect the cable from the power.
Advice on using the appliance.
Pay attention to avoid pizza ingredients sticking to the refractory plate because they could be absorbed, leaving
a mark.
Check, using the specic window, cooking of the pizza so it doesn’t rise too much to reach the upper resistor.
Remove the pizza using an appropriate kitchen tool, do not cut the pizza directly on the refractory plate or tin
and do not transport the pizza to the table on the plate or tin.
Do not scratch the plate or submerge it in water and do not use it for applications other than those for which it
was planned.
Wait for it to sufciently cool before moving it or removing it from the appliance, to avoid burns.
Avoid subjecting the refractory plate to sudden changes in temperature because this could cause it to break or
chip.
It is possible to use aluminium tins or greaseproof paper in the oven, if you wish to heat some food other than
pizza, while always paying attention not to touch the upper resistor.

Conservez la garantie, le ticket de caisse et le mode d’emploi pour tout autre consultation.
Après le déballage, vériez l’intégrité de l’appareil. En cas de dommage, n’utilisez pas l’appareil et appelez
subitement le personnel qualié.
Ne laissez jamais les parties de l’emballage auprès des enfants, ne les utilisez pas en tant que jouets: il s’agit
d’un appareil électrique, il ne doit pas être utilisé autrement.
Avant de brancher l’appareil, vériez si la tension de la prise de courant correspond à celle qui est indiquée sur
la plaque.
La sécurité électrique de cet appareil n’est assurée que s’il est branché à une installation de mise à la terre
efcace.
Si la che et la prise ne sont pas compatibles, faites remplacer la prise avec un type adéquat par un personnel
qualié. N’utilisez pas adaptateurs ou rallonges non conformes aux normes de sécurité ou qui dépassent les
limites des débits en valeur du courant.
Il est conseillé de dérouler complètement le câble d’alimentation dans toute sa longueur, en évitant ainsi des
éventuelles surchauffes.
Débranchez l’appareil du secteur si vous ne l’utilisez.
Ne tirez pas le câble d’alimentation ou l’appareil pour extraire la che dela prise de courant.
L’utilisation de tout les appareils électriques demande le respect de quelques règles fondamentales, en
particulier:
- Ne pas toucher l’appareil avec les mains mouillées ou humides.
- Surveiller les enfants et éviter qu’ils jouent avec l’appareil.

d’alimentation après l’avoir débranché.
Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, adressez-vous aux Services Aprés-Vente autorisés par le
constructeur.
L’appareil a été conçu pour fonctionner dans des milieux domestiques; toute autre utilisation est pourtant
interdite et dangereuse.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, n’ouvrez pas l’appareil.
Pendant l’utilisation, l’apareil doit être appuyé sur une surface plate.
Pour empêcher aux enfants de toucher accidentellement les composants chauds, utilisez l’apareil sur des
surfaces qui sont hauts au moins 85 cm.
Éviter tout type de contact avec les enfants et les personnes inhabiles puisque la plaque atteint des températures
très élevées.
Attention: la température des surfaces pourrait être élevée quand l’appareil est en fonction.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil au moyen d’un temporisateur externe ou d’un système de commande à distance
séparé.
N’introduire aucun objet dans les prises d’air placées à l’arrière del’appareil.

ENTRETIEN
Débranchez l’appareil et laissez refroidir avant d’effectuer toute opération de nettoyage.
Pour le nettoyage de l’appareil, utilisez un chiffon légèrement humide.
N’utilisez pas des produits abrasifs ou des solvants chimiques. Ne pas utiliser de substances, de liquides ou de
chiffons trop mouillés, car d’éventuelles inltrations pourraient endommager irrémédiablement l’appareil.
Ne pas utiliser d’éponges abrasives pour le nettoyage interne du four, de la plaque ou du plat de cuisson.
Avant de nettoyer la plaque en pierre réfractaire ou le plat de cuisson, s’assurer qu’ils se soient complètement
refroidis. Ensuite, les sortir de l’appareil et retirer les éventuels résidus de nourriture.
Un liquide vaisselle classique peut être utilisé uniquement pour nettoyer le plat de cuisson ; ne pas l’utiliser pour
la plaque en pierre réfractaire, puisque le savon peut pénétrer dans la pierre et abîmer les aliments durant la
cuisson.
Ne pas plonger la plaque réfractaire dans l’eau, mais utiliser une éponge humide. Il est normal qu’après plusieurs
utilisations, la surface de la pierre réfractaire perde son aspect initial.
N’IMMERGEZ JAMAIS L’APPAREIL DANS L’EAU.

Brancher l’appareil à l’alimentation de réseau.
Utilisation du TIMER: tournez le bouton et passer le temps à sélectionner, puis retourner au temps que vous
désirez installer. Le produit ne fonctionne pas sans réglage du TIMER.
Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil sans la plaque réfractaire ou le plat de cuisson.
Contrôler que la plaque réfractaire ou le plat de cuisson soient correctement placés en vériant que les rainures
sous les plats correspondent à celles situées au centre de l’appareil.
Faites tourner le plat à la main an de vérier qu’il ne tombe pas.
Cuisson.
Préchauffer le four pendant environ 10 minutes avant d’introduire la pizza.
Placer la pizza sur la plaque en pierre réfractaire ou sur la plat de cuisson et s’assurer d’avoir retiré tous les
matériaux d’emballage.
Réglez le TIMER et mettre le thermostat en position 6 (MAX).
Le temps de cuisson peut varier en fonction du nombre d’ingrédients de la garniture et du degré de cuisson
préféré. A titre indicatif, 5-7 minutes seront nécessaires pour la cuisson de la pizza.
Les temps doivent être considérés à titre indicatif et pourraient varier s’il s’agit de cuisson pour pizzas surgelées
ou bien pour pizzas fraîches faites maison.
Informations générales.
Contrôler la cuisson à travers la fenêtre située sur le couvercle de l’appareil.
Une fois le temps programmé écoulé, l’appareil arrête de fonctionner et émet un signal sonore d’avertissement.
Avant d’ouvrir l’appareil, se placer sur la droite ou sur la gauche, mais jamais devant, car la vapeur chaude sort.
Attention : l’appareil se limite à des pizzas au diamètre de 30 cm ; ne pas cuire de pizzas plus grandes.
Après avoir terminé d’utiliser l’appareil, s’assurer qu’il soit éteint et débrancher le câble de la prise de courant.

Faire attention à ne pas faire coller d’ingrédients de la pizza sur la plaque réfractaire, car ils pourraient être
absorbés et la tacher.
Contrôler à travers la fenêtre prévue à cet effet la cuisson de la pizza an qu’elle ne lève pas trop au point
d’atteindre la résistance supérieure.
Retirer la pizza en utilisant un ustensile de cuisine approprié, ne pas couper la pizza directement sur la plaque
réfractaire ou le plat de cuisson et ne pas transporter la pizza à table avec la plaque ou le plat de cuisson.
Ne pas rayer la plaque, ne pas la plonger dans l’eau et ne pas l’utiliser pour des applications autres que celles
pour lesquelles elle est prévue.
Attendre qu’elle se soit sufsamment refroidie avant de la déplacer ou de la retirer de l’appareil, an d’éviter de
se brûler.
Eviter de soumettre la plaque réfractaire à des écarts thermiques, car elle pourrait se casser.
Il est possible d’utiliser dans le four des barquettes en aluminium ou par exemple du papier de cuisson, si l’on
voulait réchauffer un aliment autre que la pizza, en faisant toujours attention de ne pas toucher la résistance
supérieure.
