4 Troubleshooting
Before calling the factory, please read through the Troubleshooting Guide.
e Bottle Filler Is Not Priming
Your XF2100/4100 XpressFill Bottle Filler is equipped with a diaphragm pump. Over time, the valve
kit for the pump, depending on age and use, might lose some of its e is is an easily
e indication that a valve kit has failed is that the pump
does not prime, but you hear the pump running.
If you are desperate to bottle, try to fill the Transfer Kit with your product to get some workload
o the pump and order a new valve kit as soon as possible.
One Or More Spouts Are Dripping
Conditions may exist that cause the spout to drip after the ll cycle completes. Each spout is operated by a
solenoid valve which can become partially clogged, causing the valve to not close completely. ese valves
are easily cleaned. Please contact XpressFill technicians to guide you through the cleaning procedure.
Fill Cycle Will Not Initiate
If the green light does not turn on (or ickers momentarily) and the ll cycle does not start, it is typically
a case of moisture between the spout and sensor tube. is can corrected by drying the entire area with a
dry cloth or towel in between the two stainless steel sprouts as well as the nylon spacer holding them in place.
If the problem persists, please contact XpressFill technicians.
