In the case that the User determines the product equipment is not secured as technically, and then should
remove this inconvenience. If this task is not included in the extend of User and have no sufficient knowledge
about it, this circumstance should be informed to authorised person (mounting company).
This manual contains below given important information for the secure operation of FORSA Circular Sliding Doors.

use of the Circular Swing Door Operator in line with safety instructions.

Güvenlik sembollerinin gösterimi / Display of safety signs
Güvenlik uyarıları üçgen güvenlik sembolü ve bunun önüne gelen anahtar kelimesi ile
işaretlenmiştir. Anahtar kelime (TEHLİKE, UYARI, DİKKAT) oluşabilecek tehlikenin derecesini
tanımlar ve aşağıdaki anlama sahiptir.
The safety warnings will be marked with triangle safety signs together with key word in front of.
The key word (DANGER, WARNING, and ATTENTION) will depict the degree of the hazard
to be occurred and have the following meaning.
TEHLİKE / DANGER
Önlenmediği durumda yüksek risk taşıyan, ölüm veya ağır yaralanmalara (organ kaybı veya kalıcı
sakatlıklar) neden olabilecek tehlikeleri işaret eder. Bu uyarılara dikkat edilmemesi durumunda
doğrudan ölüm veya ağır yaralanma tehlikesi vardır.
Shows the hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries (loss of tract or permanent
disabilities), in the cases that it is not prevented. If not paid attention to those warnings, there
would be hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries.
UYARI / WARNING
Önlenmediği durumda orta seviyede risk taşıyan, ölüm veya (ağır) yaralanmalara neden olan olası
tehlikeleri işaret eder. Bu uyarılara dikkat edilmemesi durumunda şartlara bağlı olarak ölüm veya
ağır yaralanma tehlikesi vardır.
Shows medium-level hazardous situations causing death and fatal injuries, if it is not prevented.
In the case that it is not paid attention to those situations, there would be hazard of death and fatal i
njuries depending on the circumstances.
DİKKAT / ATTENTION
Önlenmediği durumda düşük seviyede risk taşıyan, hafif veya orta dereceli yaralanmalara veya
maddi hasarlara neden olabilecek tehlikeleri işaret eder.
Shows the lower level hazardous situations causing slight and medium level injuries or material
damages, if it is not prevented.
ÖNEMLİ / IMPORTANT
Ürünün usulüne uygun kullanılması için özel bir davranış veya işlemin yapılması zorunluluğunu
işaret eder. Bu uyarılara uyulmaması durumunda üründe veya ürün çevresinde hasarlar
meydana gelebilir.
Shows that a particular behaviour or process shall be done in order that the product will be used in
accordance with the rules and instructions. In the case that these warning are not practised, there
would be damages at the product or its environment.

Teslimat ve Taşıma

4.1. Teslimatın İncelenmesi
4.1.1. Paketi inceleyin
ŸTeslimatta paketi, hasarlı ve/veya eksik parça olma ihtimali nedeniyle inceleyin.
ŸFaturaya ve nakliye makbuzuna varsa hasarlı ve/veya eksik olan parçaları not edin.
ŸHerhangi bir eksik ve/veya hasar olması durumunda nakliye şirketine talep bildiriminde bulunun. Ürün distribütörden
alınmışsa, direkt olarak distribütöre talep bildiriminde bulunun.
4.1.2. Ürünü inceleyin
ŸÜrünü, parçalarında hasar ve/veya eksik olma ihtimaline karşın inceleyin.
ŸHerhangi bir sorun olması halinde satış temsilciniz ile iletişime geçin.
4.2. Taşıma Talimatları
Ÿİnsanların yaralanmaması veya ürüne hasar gelmemesi için ürünün devrilmeyeceğinden ya da düşmeyeceğinden
emin olun.
Ÿİç ve dış aksamlarında hasar oluşmaması için ürünü düşürmeyin ve darbe yüklerine maruz bırakmayın.
ŸTüm kaldırma ve taşıma işlemlerini, geçerli bütün yönetmelikler ve standartlar uyarınca yapın.
ŸÜrün ve ekipmanların taşınmasında yeterli kapasitede bir forklift vb. araç kullanın.
ŸÜrünleri taşıma sırasındaki tüm süreçlerde, iş güvenliği kapsamında bulunan ilgili kişisel koruyucu donanımlar
kullanın.
NOT : Ürünlerin taşınması ve depolanması sırasında tüm kişisel ve çevresel güvenlik tedbirlerini alınız. Aksi halde
istenmeyen hasarlar meydana gelebilir.
Delivery and Transportation
4.1. Examination of the delivery
4.1.1. Examine the package
. Upon delivery, examine the package for any damage and/or missing parts.
. If there are damaged and/or missing parts, note them down in the invoice and shipping documents.
. In case of availability of any lack and/or damage, notify the shipping company on your claim. If the product has been
purchased from the distributor, convey your claim directly to the distributor.
4.1.2. Examine the product
. Examine the product for any damage and/or lacks.
. In case of any problems contact your sales representative.
4.2. Shipment Instructions
. Assure that the product is delivered in such a way that it does not rolls over or falls in order to prevent injuries or damage of
the product.
. Do not let fall the product and expose it to impact loads in order to prevent damaging of internal and external accessories.
. Carry out any lifting and carrying in line with all regulations and standards in force.
. Use a forklift etc. Tools with appropriate capacity for the carriage of the product and equipment.
. Throughout the entire process during carriage of the products, use individual protection equipment within the scope of work
safety.
NOTE: Take any individual and environmental safety measures during the carriage and storage of the products. Otherwise,
undesirable damages may occur.

Kablo Özellikleri ve Minimum Kesitleri
6.1
Bu ürünü satın alan montajcı, ürünün eksiksiz tüm aksesuarları ile birlikte kurulumunu yapmalıdır.
Mekanizmayı kullanım alanına göre kontrol panelin ayarlarını yapmakla yükümlüdür.
Eksik montajlardan doğabilecek maddi ve manevi kazalardan üretici firmamız WHITE ROSE sorumlu değildir.
Montajı yapan kişi veya kuruluş mekanizmada olabilecek arızaları hızlı bir şekilde giderecek ve son kullanıcıyı
mağdur etmeyecektir.
Montajcı, montaj bitiminde son kullanıcıya ürünü nasıl kullanacağını ve varsa proksimit kart, akbil, şifre paneli
vb. aksesuarları anlatarak son kullanıcıyı bilgilendirmekle yükümlüdür.
Ayrıca montajcı, kullanma kılavuzunu ve garanti belgesini müşteriye imzalatıp vermek mecburiyetindedir.

The assembler purchasing such product must install the product in full of all its accessories.
The assembler is liable of controlling the mechanism according to the field of use and carry out the setting of the panel.
Our production company WHITE ROSE shall not be responsible of any pecuniary and non-pecuniary accidents, that may
arise due to poor installation. The person or the company carrying out the installation shall remove quickly the failures that
may arise in the mechanism and shall not aggrieve the end user.
At the end of the installation, the assembler shall be responsible of informing the end-user on how to use the product and if
available, explaining the proximity card, Akbil, password panel etc. Accessories.
Further, the assembler shall be responsible of making the customer to sign the user manual and guaranty certificate and of
submitting them to the customer.

Satın almış olduğunuz kapı etiketinde yazan motorun kapasitesidir. FORSA dairesel operatörü itme
Kapının tartı ağırlığı baz alı . Seçmiş olduğunuz motorun, kapı ağırlığına uygun olmasına dikkat edin.nmıştır
Maksimum kapı ağırlığı için “Teknik Veriler” tablosuna bakınız.
Montaj yapılmadan önce kapının rahat açılıp kapandığını kontrol edin. Motorun uzun ömürlü olabilmesi için
kapının çok rahat olması gereklidir.
Kapı rahat hareket etmiyorsa, menteşelerin kontrolünü yapın, yağlayın ve gerekiyorsa yenileri ile değiştirin.
Enerji için çekilen kablonun TTR (çok telli) kablo olmasına dikkat edin.
Elektrik kaçağı olasılığına karşı can güvenliği açısından topraklamayı mutlaka bağlayın.
Can ve mal güvenliği için kapının açılma ve kapanma yönün mutlaka bağlayın e emniyet fotosellerini
ve doğru bağladığınızı (çalıştığını) mutlaka kontrol edin.

Kablo Yönlendirme
The information given on the label of the FORSA Circular Swing Door Operator, that you have purchased, is the pushing
capacity of the engine.
The avoirdupois weight of the gate has been taken as basis. Pay attention that the engine you have chosen conforms to
the weight of the gate. Please see “Technical Data” sheet for maximum gate weight.
Before installation, check whether the gate opens and closes smoothly. For a long-life use of the engine, the gate must
move comfortably.
If the gate does not move comfortably, check the hinges, grease them and if necessary, replace them with new ones.
Pay attention that the energy cable supplied is a TTR (multiple wire) cable.
For the possibility of electrical leakage, you must connect grounding for life safety.
For safety of life and property, you must connect the safety photocells in opening and closing of the gate and control the
correctness (operation) of the photocells.

Installation Loading
Motorun dış kapağını çıkarın ve mekanizmayı,
sabitleme montaj pleytine tutturun.
A: Kapı kapalı konumdayken şekilde gösterildiği gibi mafsal
milinin olduğu yerden kapıyı işaretleyin.
B: Kapıyı yavaşça açarak, kolun mafsal milinin üzerinde gittiği en
uzak noktayı belirleyip işaretleyin (mafsal mili ile yan plastikler
arasında en az 10mm mesafe olacak şekilde tutturulmalıdır).
C: Kapıyı doksan derece açıp mafsal mili parçasının bulunduğu
yeri işaretleyin.
Kapıya bağlanan mil ve yan plastikleri resimdeki
gibi birleştirip kapıya yaslayınız.
Yan plastiklerin delikleri, işaretlenen çizgilerin
tam ortasına gelecek şekilde kapıya vidalayın.
Motorun çıkarılmış olan kapağını tekrar takarak
montajı tamamlayın.

Take out the external cover of the engine and fix the
mechanism to the fixing mounting plate
Screw the holes of side plastics in such a way to centre the
marked lines.
A: When the gate is in closed position, mark the gate at the
position where the articulated shaft is, as shown in figure.
B: Open the gate slowly, determine the remotest point which
the handle moves on the articulated shaft and mark it (it
must be fixed with a minimum distance of 10mm between
the articulated shaft and the side plastics.)
C: Open the gate at an angle of 90◦ and mark the point
where the articulated shaft part is located. Reset the cover
of the engine, that was taken out and complete installation.

Assemble the shaft and side plastics connected to the door
as shown in the picture and lean against the door.
