Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product.
• Do not look directly at LEDs for extended periods of time.
• For INDOOR Damp Locations.
• For electrical requirements, see xture. Minimum 90°C supply conductors.
• THIS FIXTURE IS DIMMABLE BY SPECIFIC FORWARD PHASE ELECTRONIC (TRIAC) DIMMERS. Dimmers tested to be compatible with this
xture are the Lutron: Skylark®SCL-153P*, Diva®DVCL-153P*, Maestro®MACL-153M*, Toggler®TGCL-153P*, Lumea®LECL-153P*, Caseta®
PD- 6WCL*, Eaton Halo® SAL06P*. (This list of dimmers does not imply any guarantee or warranty of compatibility with a particular application.
Dimmers not listed do not imply non-compatibility.)
Do not leave bare wires exposed.
Shut off power at the circuit breaker or fuse panel before removing the old xture or installing a new one.
Changes or modications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the
equipment.
• If you are unsure if the electrical box is properly grounded, if the box is plastic and has no ground wire, or if you are unfamiliar with the methods of
properly grounding xture, consult a qualied electrician.
• This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
• NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates,
uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to

PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any
part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

5 Light Setting Button
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Hardware Used
The 5 light Setting Button (E) is located along the top edge side of
the xture that allows the color temperature of the light to be adjusted
between 5 values: 2700K,3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 6500K.
Press button until desired color temperature is achieved.
NOTE: Default setting is 4000K
Removable button
Optional: To remove the5 light Setting Button (E) from view, pull the
switch out from the slot connected to the xture pan (B). NOTE: Save
and re-install the tab to change color temperature setting if desired.
1. Rotate all locking tabs (A) clockwise to unlock diffuser (D) from
xture pan (B). Remove diffuser (D). DO NOT remove white paper
reector afxed to xture pan.
2. Attach threaded tube (AA) to threaded hole in mounting bracket
(CC). Lock in place using hex nut (BB). Threaded tube should extend
about 1/2 in. below ceiling line. Securely attach the mounting bracket
using the provided box screws (DD).

3. Hold the xture pan (B) against the ceiling in position and mark the
4 mounting holes located near both ends of the xture. Using a 1/8 drill
bit, drill 4 holes.
If no ceiling joist is encountered, using a 3/16 in. bit, drill the holes and
tap the ceiling anchors in (GG). DO NOT attach to ceiling at this time.
4. Pull both xture wires through the 3/8 in. hole near the center
mounting hole. Fixture must be properly grounded. Connect xture
ground wire (back of xture pan) to ground wire in the electrical box
using wire nut (HH). These wires can be green or bare copper. Connect
the black supply lead with the black xture wire and white supply lead
with the white xture wire using wire nuts (HH). Push connections and
excess wire into the electrical box.
5. Secure the xture pan using screw cap (EE).

6. Drive wood screws (FF) into drywall anchor (GG) or directly into
ceiling joists until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Note: Key support
for the xture is provided by attaching to a securely mounted electrical
box. If the electrical box is not properly secured, alternative mounting
methods such as toggle bolts (not included) should be used to secure
xture.
7. Insert diffuser (D) into xture pan (B). While holding the diffuser(D)
in place, rotate all 4 locking tabs (A) counter-clockwise to lock the diffus-
er (D) in place. Restore power.

TROUBLESHOOTING
WARRANTY
Periodically clean the xture and diffuser using a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth. When cleaning the xture, make sure the power is
turned off. Do not spray cleaner directly onto any part of the xture or LEDs.

The manufacturer warrants this lighting xture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
(10) years from the date of original purchase by the consumer. The xture is not warrantied for use in a commercial or
retail application. The warranty is limited to use in a residential environment. We will repair or replace (at our option)
the unit in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original item has been discontin-
ued, without charge. Defective units must be properly packed and returned to the manufacturer with a letter of expla-
nation and your original purchase receipt showing date of purchase. Call 1-800-291-8838 to obtain a return authoriza-
tion number and an address where to ship your defective product. Note: C.O.D. shipments will NOT be accepted. The
liability of the manufacturer is in any case limited to replacement of the defective light xture product. The manufac-
turer will not be liable for any other loss, damage, labor costs or injury which is caused by the product. This limitation
upon the liability of the manufacturer includes any loss, damage, labor costs or injury which is (I) to person or property
or otherwise; (II) incidental or consequential in nature; (III) based upon theories of warranty, contract, negligence, strict
liability, tort, or otherwise; or (IV) directly, or indirectly related to the sale, use, or repair of the product. This warranty
gives you specic rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
