Getting Started
Bluetooth connection from phone to glasses
•The Device is shipped in power off mode
•Make sure the device is powered on
•Make sure blue LED is blinking fast (once in 2 seconds)
(discoverable mode) on the right temple. If not, you
might have to do factory reset the glasses (swipe
backward and forward on right temple)
•Make sure that your phone’s Bluetooth® is turned on.
•Go to the phone’s Bluetooth menu and pair to Titan
EyeX-XXXX from the available device list. If you see
two devices with same EyeX names, please connect to
device with headset icon.
Note that the headset icon represents the audio
connection and other icon represents the BLE data
connection. In some cases you will see both icons
connected in the Bluetooth menu.
•On Android phones make sure to select “Pair” when
phone gives Bluetooth pair request. This step is very
important for reliable Bluetooth connection. (If this
step is missed, user will have to restart new Bluetooth
connection with factory reset).

•In iPhone, please make sure the connected EyeX
device in Bluetooth list has ‘i’ next to it. If this is missing,
it has bad Bluetooth connection. You need to
disconnect and reconnect again. This can be done by
unpairing or by doing factory reset. Sometimes you will
see two EyeX connections one with ‘i’ and one without
‘i’. This is normal and does not cause any problem.
•Once paired the master temple LED will blink Green.
The audio message will play the connection status
Please note that you should wear or keep
the frames in upright position during setup
process. If the frames are kept upside
down, the frames will power off and will not
work
