Please read and follow these instructions carefully before using your
appliance for the rst time.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
a. Check that the supply voltage shown on the rating plate of the appliance
matches that of your electrical system. You may damage the appliance or
cause injury to yourself if this is not the case. The guarantee shall no longer
apply in such conditions.
b. For your safety, this appliance complies with applicable standards and
regulations:
- ”Low Voltage Directive
- Electromagnetic Compatibility
- Environment Materials in contact with food”
c. This appliance is not designed to be used by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capacities, or by people with
no prior knowledge or experience, except where they have beneted from
supervision or previous instructions relating to the use of the appliance,
from a person responsible for their safety. Children should not be allowed
to play with the appliance.
d. Always unplug the appliance if it is left unattended, before tting or
removing accessories and before cleaning.
e. This appliance has been designed for domestic use only. Any commercial
use, inappropriate use or failure to comply with the instructions, the
manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee will not apply.
Prolonged use of the appliance may overload the appliance, causing
damage to the appliance, or personal injury. The guarantee shall no longer
apply in such conditions.
f. To avoid electric shocks, never use the appliance with wet hands or on a
damp or wet surface. Avoid wetting the appliance’s electrical components.
Never immerse them in water.
g. Always unplug the appliance when you have nished using it and before
you clean it.
h. Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the oor or if there are faults
during operation. Take your appliance to an approved service centre for
repair.

i. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its aftersales service or any person with similar qualications, in order to
avoid any danger.
j. Never attempt to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself. Repairs by
unskilled persons may cause damage and the guarantee shall no longer
apply. Take your appliance to an approved service centre for repair.
k. Do not leave the power cord hanging over the edge of a table or a worktop
and ensure that it does not come into contact with hot surfaces. This may
damage the power cord’s insulation and cause technical problems and
accidents.
l. Do not move or unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord as it may cause
an accident or cause the appliance to malfunction.

The use of non original elements and accessories may lead to personal
injury, damage to the appliance or faulty operation, and the guarantee will
no longer apply.

To avoid electric shocks, ensure that your ngers do not come into contact
with the plug pins when you plug in or unplug the appliance.

even for a few moments, especially where children are present.
p. Do not plug any other appliances into the same plug socket using adapters.

Only use an extension after having checked that it is perfect working order.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Before using your appliance for the rst time, clean the accessories in
soapy water.
• Rinse and dry them carefully.
• Use your hand mixer to make light preparations: mayonnaise, whisked egg
whites, sauces, cake dough, pancake batter, etc.
• Do not use it for more than 1 minute for heavier preparations.
• Always leave the appliance cool down to room temperature before next
usage, otherwise, it may overload and cause damage to the appliance.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Check that the speed selector (B) is set at “0”.
2. Insert the whisks into the holes & lock into place. The dough hooks have
a specic shape and need to be insert in the corresponding holes. Dough
hook equiped with the washer (G) should be positioned into the biggest
hole. The two dough hooks cannot be inserted in reverse. The “click”
indicates that the accessories are correctly in place.
3. Use identical pairs of accessories.
4. A deep bowl should be used for mixing.
5. Turn on the appliance selecting the speed using the control (B).
6. Remove the beaters/dough hooks only at the 0 setting. Never press the
Ejector button when the appliance is operating.
7. Alway plug in/unplug the appliance at position “0”.
PRACTICAL TIPS
Use speed 1 to start a preparation and to avoid splashing.
To continue, use speed 2 to 5.

RECIPES
Whipped Cream
Use the stainless steel whisks for this recipe.
250g of UHT cream
Whip start at low speed to high speed.
Mix at the maximum speed for 2 minutes
Whisked Egg whites
Use the stainless steel whisks for this recipe.
4 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
Put the ingredients in a clean, dry bowl.
Mix at the maximum speed until stiff peaks form, but for not more than 3
minutes.
Bread dough
Use the stainless steel dough hooks for this recipe.
300g of our
dry yeast
6g of salt
180g of water
Mix at the maximum speed for 3 minutes
CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance.
• Clean the whisks immediately after use to prevent any remaining egg or oil
mixture sticking or drying.
• You can wash the whisks (E) and (F) in the dishwasher.
• Clean the body of the appliance (A) using a damp sponge only and dry
carefully.
• Never immerse the body of the appliance in water (Fig. 3). Never wash it in
the dishwasher.
