Once the compre ed air ha been connected, the delivery gun can be tarted only when it
i ure that the oil flow i directed toward a uitable container.
Warning: Do not direct the jet towards people or objects, directing the jet against live
electrical control panels or electrical components could cause electrocution.
Alway put away the delivery gun P properly o that it cannot be tarted accidentally.
Alway witch off the compre ed air feed after u e. In the ca e of breakage of compo-
nent or pipe , oil could be di charged into the environment .
To avoid compromi ing the afety of the u er and the validity of the guarantee do not mod-
ify any component of the pneumatic pump.
Repair mu t be carried out u ing original part only.
For safety reasons the user must only carry out routine maintenance (filter and silencer
replacement or cleaning,); it is necessary to consult an approved assistance centre for repairs
or replacement of components.
Warning: Disconnect the compressed-air-connection when sarting any kind of work on the
pump!
In the ca e of crapping, the appliance mu t be carefully emptied of the oil. (See chapter
“Tran port”)
In exceptional ca e , the component of thi device may contain hazardou ub tance . In
accordance with the requirement of the European REACH regulation, we provide current
information on thi on our homepage, in the download ection.
Application of the pump to the oil drum
To apply pump to the drum it i nece ary to u e the appropriate ring nut G (thread 2” BSP)
and follow the in truction :
Screw ring nut G to the drum.
Un crew the upper part of ring nut G1 until the in ide conic in ert G2 open up enough to
in ert the pumping y tem tem.
In ert the pumping y tem tem in the ring nut G.
If a filter or a bottom fitting i not applied to the pump, a pace of about 15 mm mu t be
left between the bottom of the drum and the draining hole.
Screw the upper part of the ring nut back on until pump i ecured.
Connecting the delivery pipe
To protect the components from impermissibly high pressures, an overflow valve (safety
valve) should be installed.
U e a ½” or ¾” pipe of very good quality which conform with DIN-SAE regulation , make
ure it i uitable to the pre ure and to the liquid to be pumped.
Connect one end of the pipe T to the outlet fitting R (Thread G ½ or ¾” pheric) of the pneu-
matic pump.
Connect the other end of pipe with delivery gun P ( upplied on reque t a an acce ory).
Pneumatic connection
Make ure that the delivery pipe i connected and the delivery gun i witched off .
Find a compre ed air outlet where the following component are in talled:
Filter and team trap.
Air lubricator.
Pre ure reducing valve N to adju t the pre ure max 8 bar.
Fa t locking tap of compre ed air to be u ed in the ca e of problem or emergency.
