2.Pre-Operation Inspection
(1) Check The Water/Solution Tank
Remove All The Foreign Object From The Water/Solution
Tank To Prevent Particles Or Objects Entering The Pump.
Make Sure There Is Enought Water/Solution In The Holding
Tank And Pump Inlet Should Be Fully Submerge To Prevent Air
Been Inhaled.
(2) Check The Motor Protection Device
Please Check The Voltage, Phase, Frequency And Motor
Nameplate,Avoid Using Temporary Power Operation,Because
Of The Instability Of Power Supply Often Damage The Motor.
3. Operation-Order
(1) Valve
Inlet Valve Should Be Fully Open and Outlet Valve Should Be
Fully Closed.
(2) Filling
Open Water Filling Plug And The Outlet,
Turn The Impeller While Injecting Water Into The Funnl
Untill Water Is Overflow. This Will Prevent Bubbles Been
Trap In The Impeller And Aect The Performance.
(3) Close The Outlet After Water Water Filling Plug
(4) Start
Make Sure The Motor Is Spinning At The Right Direction
As The Indicator Mark On The Pump. If Not, Direction Can Be
Change From The Motor Junction Box.
