Charging the Battery
Phone Lock
To charge your mobile phone’s battery, connect the charger
to a power socket, then connect the other end of the
charger to your mobile phone’s power jack.
The phone lock protects your mobile phone from
unauthorized use. This function is disabled on default
mobile phone settings. The default phone lock
code–1122–can be changed to any numeric string in the
range of four to eight digits.
Always remember your phone lock code. If you cannot
recall your lock code, contact Starmobile’s service center for
assistance on unlocking your phone and resetting your lock
code.
The personal identication number (PIN) protects your SIM
card from unauthorized use. The PIN unblocking key (PUK),
meanwhile, unlocks a blocked PIN. Both PIN and PUK are
provided with your SIM card. The default SIM card code is
1234. For more details and assistance, contact your
network provider.
Entering the wrong PIN three consecutive times will prompt
your phone to ask you for the PUK.
Press the Left soft key then the * key in standby mode to
lock the keypad.
