Printer Mechanisms
The printer mechanism comprises a 384-element, thin film head and a stepper motor-drive transport. Head
temperature compensation is utilized to provide constant print quality across a range of operating conditions.
Paper Out: The printer will automatically detect when the paper has run out. The paper signal will blink to
denote that the paper has run out.
Head Thermal Limit: After excessive printing, the paper head temperature may rise to an unusable level. If
this occurs, printing will be suspended until the temperature returns to normal levels.
