BLUETOOTH

Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard

that

uses a 2.4

GHz

frequency to

connect to various devices over short distances. It can connect and exchange

data

with other Bluetooth enabled devices, such

mobile devices, computers, printers,

and

other digital home appliances, without connecting via cables.

HOWTO BLUETOOTHPAIRING THE CELLPHONE.

Activate Bluetooth

your

cell phone.

Search for Bluetooth devices

around

you in

the

Bluetooth window.

3) After a while, you will search the

"STEALTH"

the

Bluetooth window of

your

cell

phone. If

"STEALTH"

don't

search, after placing the position of

the

vehicle key to

OFF,

try again in

ACC

after a while

4) Touch

the

"Stealth".

Wait

minute

and

will

connected

with

Mini Amplifier

ST4.1000DB.

5) Play

music

from

your

cell

phone.

Never

operate

cell

phone

while

the

vehicle

driving.

~NOTICES

FOR USING BLUETOOTH

•To avoid problems when connecting

your

device to

another

device, place

the

devices close to each other.

• Ensure

that

your

device

and

the

other

Bluetooth device are within the Bluetooth

connection range(10m). The distance may vary depending

the environment

the

devices are used in.

• Ensure

that

there are no obstacles between

the

headset

and

a connected device,

including

human

bodies, walls, corners,

fences.

·Do

not

touch

the

Bluetooth

antenna

of a connected device.

• Bluetooth uses the same frequency as some industrial, scientific, medical,

and

low

power products

and

interference may occur when making connections

near

these

types

products.

·Some

devices, especially those

that

are

not

tested

approved

the

Bluetooth

SIG,

may be incompatible with

the

headset.

•

not

use

the

Bluetooth feature for illegal purposes (for example, pirating copies

files

illegally tapping communications for commercial purposes).

MOUNTING THEAMPLIFIER

keep

your

MICRO

MINI

amplifier running

top

performance, choosing

the

proper

location it of utmost importance. For this reason

the

amplifier should

mounted in a location which will allow air to circulate freely. A clearance

least

2-inches (5 em) to all sides

the amplifier

necessary

not

only for

proper

cooling,

but

also for gaining access to the inputs

and

other

variable controls.

sure

that

the

power

and

signal cable connections can

enter

and

leave

the

amplifier in a straight

line to avoid the risk of kinked wires causing a malfunction.

~MOUNTING

LOCATION

Your

MICRO

MINI

amplifier comes with mounting feet that need to be attached to the amplifier

prior to installation. Once the feet are in place, use the amplifier as a template and mark the

four screw locations. Use caution to make sure there are no objects behind the installation

surface that may become damaged during drilling.

The amplifier should be protected from exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. The best

places to mount your amplifier are: The floor

the trunk, under the driver's seat,

on the

back

the rear seat. For alternate installation locations, please consult your dealer.

• Upside

down

mounting

will

compromise heat dissipation through the heatsink and could

engage the thermal protection circuit.

• Try

avoid mounting the amplifier on a subwoofer enclosure, as extended exposure

vibration maycause malfunction

the amplifier.

• Don't

mount

the amplifier

that

the wire connections are unprotected

are subject

pinching

damage from nearby objects.

• The

powerwire

must

be fused at the battery positive

(+}

terminal connection. Before

making

breaking power connections

the amplifier power terminals, disconnect the

powerwire

the battery end.

• The power

supply

the car audio system must be disconnected until the entire wiring

and installation is completed.

LINE IN (RCA) Jacks

The RCA style input jacks are for use with source units that have

RCA

line level

outputs. A source unit with a minimum

250m

is required for proper operation.

However, this input will accept levels up to 6Vrms.

2. High Level Input

you are installing by using a high level. you do not need to connect to the remote because.

hear a better sound quality, you must connect the high level ground wire

the head-unit

ground.

3. GAIN Control

This control is used to match the input sensitivity

the amplifier to the particular

source unit that you are using.

4. HPF (High Pass Filter) Control

This control is continuously adjustable from 35Hz through 250Hz at 12dB per octave

5. Bluetooth Indicator

The white LED when the your mobile phone and pairing is on.

6. POWER Indicator

The GREEN when the power is on.

7. Protection Indicator

The amplifier protection circuitry will disable the amplifier

Input overload, short circuit

or extremely high temperature conditions are detected. When the protection mode is in

operation, the LED indicator on the side panel will be illuminated. Indicating the amplifier

has gone into a self-preservation mode.

you observe that protection LED is

It,

please check the system carefully

determine what

has caused the protection circuit

engage. The amplifier can be reset by turning the remote

power offand then on again.

the amplifier shut down due to a thermal overload

an input

overload or short circuit, be sure

repair these conditions before attempting to power

the

amplifier again.

8. SPEAKER Terminals

As shown in the wiring diagrams,

sure to observe speaker polarity through the

system and speaker impedance. This specially tooled terminal is designed to

accommodate up to 1

0 gauge speaker wire.

9. GND (Ground Input Connection)

A good quality ground is required for your

MICRO

MINI

amplifier to operate at peak

performance. A short length

cable the same gauge as your power cable should be

used to attache the ground terminal directly to the chassis

the vehicle.

10. REMOTE (Remote Input Connection)

All

MICRO

MINI

amplifiers can be turned on by applying

volts to this terminal. This can

found

the rear

the source unit in the form

electric antenna output,

remote output.

this is not available you can wire

the

ACC

position

the key.

18 gauge wire is sufficient to run the REMOTE.

11. REMOTE (Remote out Connection)

You

can use when tum on another amplifier

You

should be careful when connecting remote in and remote out wire.

12.

+BATT

(Power Input Connection)

This terminal is the main

power

input for the amplifier and

must

connected directly

to the positive

(+)

terminal

the

car

battery. (see

Power

Cable Selection Chart

Page 9 for recommended wire gauge for each model).

13. FUSE

For convenience all

MICRO

MINI

amplifiers utilize common automotive ATC type fuses.

For continued protection

the event that a fuse blows, replace the fuse only with the

same value (see specifications page).

14. OmniAntena

When connected, the longer the communication distance.

Please use solidly fixed

it.

15. Thru-Pass Out

These inputs are signal cables from the source.

Always use high quality shieded RCA cables.

The Thru-pass allows you to build mulitiple amplifier systems without having to use splitter

cords to distribute that the signal.

Now it is simpli a matter

bring one set

RCAS into the first amplifier, tnen using the line

out RCAjacks

the feed to the next amplifier.

IWIRINGAND CONNECTIONS

Disconnect the negative (·) battery terminal before you start any wiring

work! The power supply of your car audio system must

disconnected

until the entire wiring installation is completed.

Your

MICRO

MINI

amplifier requires unrestricted current

deliver peak performance, so don't

"starve" your amplifier by using small power cable. Using too small

power cable can

result in unnecessary over-heating

the amplifier, distortion at high volume levels and

might even cause the thermal protection circuitry to shut-offthe amplifier.

• Use rubber grommets when running cables through any metal

sharp plastic, to

prevent accidental shorting

shearing. Make sure the cables do not interfere with

normal operation

the vehicle.

• The audio signal cables (RCA interconnects) should be kept far away from any

potential sources

electrical interference such as electronic vehicle management

systems (relays, engine computers etc.) wiring harnesses, fuel pumps etc.
