Standards for compensation of consumer’s damage
T e compensation for t e consumer’s damage will comply wit t e regulations for
compensation of consumer’s damage announced by Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Contents of guarantee
1.
T is product is t e one produced t roug t e strict quality control and inspection
course.
2.
You can receive A/S for 2 years after purc ase if any abnormality occurs.
(However, in case it is applicable to t e c arged service conditions even wit t e
guarantee period, t e repair will be made by receiving t e service c arge.)
Charged Service
In case it is applicable to t e following c arged service conditions even wit in t e
guarantee period, t e service c arge (Repair c arge + parts fee + travel c arge) will be
requested.

In case t e trouble occurs from t e careless treatment of t e customer
2.
Natural disaster (Fire, salt damage, flood, t under stroke, eart quake, standards
fixed as ot er natural disaster)
3.
Trouble or damage from t e fall and etc. during move after installation
4.
Trouble occurred from remodeling of t e product inside in t e user’s option
5.
In case any trouble occurs as any ot er person, but not A/S personnel of t is
company, repairs t e product,

In case any trouble occurs from t e abnormality of t e using power,
