1）请打开随机附件箱，取出托盘和扩胎钩
2）使用机架上的 2 颗螺栓将托盘可靠固定
3）将扩胎钩的定位销插入对应摆动架的固定孔（两侧操作相同）
4）使用 1/4" 快速接头接入 6-10kg/cm2 的动力气
1）随时清理机架上的灰尘与杂物，检查紧固件是 否松动。
2）始终保持油杯内的油量为总容积的 1/3 ～2/3。调整滴油速度，以活塞每往复运行 5 ～6 次滴一滴油为准，保证气路
的充分润滑。
3）定期向活塞杆及各个销轴部位滴润滑油，减小摩擦力，延长机器使用寿命。
1）操作前请空载试运行，确认可靠后方可使用
2）根据轮胎尺寸调整扩胎钩到合适高度，两组扩胎钩请务必调整到同一高度
3）将轮胎立在顶盖上，将扩胎钩转到轮胎内侧，踩下上升箭头指示踏板，将轮胎扩张到需要的 宽度（备注：如果轮
胎在扩展过程中被举高脱 离了扩胎钩，则说明扩胎钩臂太高，需要降低 其高度，调整合适后重新进行扩胎操作即可）
4）需要将轮胎旋转到一个新位置时，先踩下下降箭头指示的脚踏阀释放气压，待扩胎钩松开后，将轮胎在顶盖上旋转
至合适位置，然后重复上述步骤 3 进行扩胎即可
5）工作灯请调整到最合适的位置，以便充分照明，同时帮助硫化剂生效
6）修理完成以后，踩下下降脚踏阀释放压力，扩胎钩松开，将轮胎移出

Safety warning:
1) This product is only designed for spreading tire or repairing the outer protective cover for a tire indoor.
2) Do not use this product for other purposes to avoid personal injury.
3) Check the fasteners on the tire spreader for looseness before operation. If necessary, retighten them.
4) Please keep it away from heat and fire sources, as high temperature may damage the product and air pipes.
5) Compressed air is only allowed to be supplied to the product after passing through the oil-water separator to extend its service life.
6) Please use the tire spreader after secure it on a flat, level, dry and reliable plane.
7) Do not disassemble the cylinder or foot valve of this product by yourself. Please contact professional if any repair is needed.
8) Keep the spreading hooks and hook claws dry and clean before use in order to avoid the danger of spreading hook sliding caused by oil
or foreign matter.
9) It is recommended to reasonably maintain the equipment by professional personnel with maintenance qualification. The genuine parts
shall be used for the necessary replacement.
10) Please wear safety shoes, goggles and working gloves conforming to relevant national safety regulations during operation, and SATA
products are recommended.
11) It is not allowed to use this product after drinking and in case of debilitation, inattention, drowsiness due to drugs and unconsciousness.
