Voorwoord
Dank u wel voor het kopen van deze elektrische inzethaard. Met uw aankoop heeft u een
kwaliteitsproduct aangeschaft waar u vele jaren plezier en sfeer van zal hebben bij een juist
gebruik.
Lees deze montagehandleiding en gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door, voordat u de haard
plaatst en in gebruik neemt.
Plaatsing:
Een elektrische haard kan overal geplaatst worden, bijvoorbeeld in de woonkamer, maar ook
in de slaapkamer, de (woon)keuken, chalet of stacaravan.
Eén van de voordelen van een elektrische haard is dat deze eenvoudig geplaatst en verplaatst
kan worden. Als u uw inrichting verandert kunt u de haard eenvoudig een andere plaats
geven. Daarnaast is de investering in een elektrische haard laag, zeker in vergelijking met
traditionele schouwen en haarden. Naast sfeer geven de haarden ook warmte af, voldoende
voor een aangename bijverwarming. Het toestel is niet ontwikkeld om te functioneren als
een primaire warmtebron.
Voordelen elektrische haarden:
• Eenvoudig te plaatsen.
• Aangename bijverwarming.
• Kan in iedere kamer geplaatst worden.
• Geen uitstoot van vervuilende stoffen.
• Geen speciale voorzieningen, zoals rookgasafvoer, nodig.
Onderhoud:
Indien u de haard gaat schoonmaken overtuig u dan dat deze niet brand en dat de haard vol-
ledig is afgekoeld. Schakel steeds de netvoeding van het toestel uit voordat u enig onderhoud
gaat uitvoeren. U kunt de haard schoonmaken met een vochtige (niet natte) doek. Gebruik
nooit schurende schoonmaakmiddelen om de haard te reinigen, dit om aantasting van de
toplaag te voorkomen.
Garantie:
U heeft 2 jaar garantie op uw elektrische sfeerhaard na moment van aankoop.
Montage in schouwombouwen:
• Verwijder de verpakking en controleer voor montage
of de haard onbeschadigd is, indien niet neem dan contact op met uw leverancier.
• Plaats de haard vanaf de voorkant in de opening van de schouw.
Veiligheid:
• Het toestel mag slechts worden gebruikt zoals in de volgende instructies wordt
beschreven, ander gebruik is niet toegestaan.
• In geval van onjuist gebruik of het niet volgen van de veiligheidsvoorschriften wordt
iedere aansprakelijkheid afgewezen en zal de garantie niet van toepassing zijn.
• Steek de stekker van de elektrische sfeerhaard in een corresponderende (wand)
contact doos. De elektrische sfeerhaard is geschikt voor een netspanning van
220/240V AC. Verbind de stekker alleen met een juist geplaatste en geaarde (wand)
contactdoos. Plaats de sfeerhaard niet onder een (wand)contactdoos.
• De (wand)contactdoos waarop de sfeerhaard is aangesloten moet eenvoudig te
bereiken zijn. Houd de stroomkabel weg van warmtebronnen.
• Gebruik de sfeerhaard niet buiten en/of in vochtige omgevingen (zoals bij een bad,
douche, sauna, zwembad etc.)
• Schakel het toestel nooit in als de stroomkabel beschadigd is, laat een beschadigd
snoer vervangen door een onderhoudsvakman of een ter zake kundig persoon.
• De sfeerhaard mag niet gebruikt worden in combinatie met een timer, programma
of warmteregelaar, of enig ander apparaat dat het toestel automatisch inschakelt,
in verband met een verhoogd risico op ontstaan van brand als het
verwarmingstoestel per ongeluk wordt afgedekt of verplaatst.
• Voorkom dat het verwarmingstoestel wordt afgedekt, daar dit oververhitting kan
veroorzaken. Het toestel mag niet dicht bij gordijnen of soortgelijke materialen
geplaatst worden.
• Bewaar of gebruik geen ontvlambare materialen, vloeistoffen en of gassen bij de
sfeer haard indien deze in werking is of in werking wordt gesteld.
• Schud of beweeg de elektrische sfeerhaard niet wanneer deze in werking is gesteld
of binnen 3 minuten na het buitenwerking stellen van de haard.
• Zorg dat er voldoende ventilatieruimte rondom de haard is, indien de haard te krap
wordt ingebouwd bestaat er kans op oververhitting.
• De haard kan warm worden tijdens gebruik, met name aan de onderzijde van
de haard. Raak de hete oppervlakken niet aan, houd kinderen weg bij het toestel
wanneer in gebruik.
• Gebruik door volwassenen die onder invloed zijn van drank, drugs en/of andere
verdovende middelen dan wel niet in goede psychische en of fysieke staat zijn
wordt sterk afgeraden.
• Schakel het toestel uit wanneer u de ruimte verlaat waarin het toestel staat
opgesteld.
• Reinig de ventilatie openingen regelmatig als ook de bovenzijde van de haard
• Voorkom dat water het toestel kan binnen treden, plaats nooit vazen e.d. op de
elektrische haard.
• Steek geen objecten door de roosters in de haard.
Probleem oplossen:
• Controleer het toestel voordat u het in gebruik neemt. Een beschadigd toestel dient
eerst door een ter zake kundig persoon beoordeeld te worden voordat het in gebruik
genomen kan worden.
• Indien de ventilator vreemde geluiden maakt laat het toestel dan eerst onderzoeken
door een ter zake kundig persoon.
• Indien het apparaat gevallen is zijn mogelijk interne componenten beschadigd, laat
het toestel dan eerst controleren door een ter zake kundig persoon
• Indien het toestel niet of niet goed werkt, schakel het toestel uit en neem direct de
stekker uit de wandcontactdoos.
• Gebruik het toestel niet wanneer de stroomkabel en of enig ander deel van het
toestel beschadigd is, laat het toestel eerst nakijken door een ter zake kundig
persoon.
• Indien vloeistoffen en of voorwerpen in het toestel gevallen zijn, schakel het toestel
direct uit en haal de stekker uit de wandcontactdoos. Laat het toestel voordat u dit
weer in gebruik neemt nakijken door een ter zake kundig persoon.
• Indien u een lamp vervangt, vervang deze dan altijd door een identiek
type E14, 220 – 240V AC, 25W.

Intro
Thank you for buying this electric fireplace insert. With your purchase, you have a quality
product that you provide you many years of enjoyment and atmosphere when used properly.
Read these installation and operating instructions carefully before installing and using the
appliance.
Placement:
An electric fireplace can be placed anywhere, such as in the living room, but also in the
bedroom, the (living) kitchen, chalets or mobile home.
One of the advantages of an electric fireplace is that it is easily placed and can be moved. If
you change your furnishing you can simply give the fire another place. In addition the invest-
ment in an electric fireplace is low, especially when compared to traditional fireplaces and
stoves. Besides atmosphere, the fires also give off heat, enough for a pleasant heating. The
unit is not designed to function as a primary heat source.

• No special facilities, such as flue required.
Maintenance:
If you clean the appliance then convince yourself that it does not fire and that the fire is
completely cooled down. Always turn the power off before performing any maintenance. You
can clean with a damp (not wet) cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners to clean, to avoid deterio-
ration of the surface layer of the fire.
Warranty:
You have 2 years warranty on your electric fireplace after time of purchase.
Installation in chimney rebuilding:
• Remove the packaging and check for assembly whether the appliance is damaged, if
so please contact your dealer.
• Place the fire from the front in the opening of the surround.
Safety:
• The device may be used as described in the following instructions, other use is not
permitted.
• In case of improper use or failure to follow the safety instructions, all liability will be
dismissed and the warranty will not apply.
• Plug the electric fireplace into a corresponding (wall) outlet. The electric fireplace
is suitable for a mains of 220/240V AC. Connect the power plug only to a
properly placed and grounded (wall) outlet. Place the decorative fireplace not under
a (wall) outlet.
• The (wall) outlet the decorative fireplace is connected to, must be easy to reach.
Keep the cord away from heat sources.
• Use the decorative fireplace not outside or in humid environments (such as near a
bathtub, shower, sauna, swimming pool, etc.)
• Never turn the unit on if the power cord is damaged, have a damaged cord replaced
by a service technician or a qualified person.
• The fire must not be used in conjunction with a timer, program or heat control,
or any other device that the unit will automatically turn off. As this will have an
increased risk of fire.
• Ensure that the heater is not covered, as this may cause overheating. The device
should not be placed near curtains or similar materials.
• Do not store or use flammable materials, liquids and gases nearby the fire if it is in
operation or is put into operation.
• Do not shake or move the electric fireplace when it is put into effect or within three
minutes after the turning off the fire.
• Ensure there is sufficient ventilation space around the fire, if the fire is built in too
tight, there is the risk of overheating.
• The fireplace can be warm during use, especially at the bottom of the fireplace.
Do not touch the warm surfaces, keep children away from the appliance
when in use.
• Use by adults who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs and / or other drugs or
are not in good mental and physical condition is strongly discouraged.
• Turn the unit off when you leave the room where the appliance is installed.
• Clean the air vents regularly as well as the top of the fire.

Problem:
