Tape Template “A” to firewall
The installation procedure for your Quantum
Round Bulkhead for model specific is simple and
straight-forward...
Determine a mounting location for the Bulkhead
on your vehicle. Using the included template “A” at
the back of this manual carefully mark and drill
four holes.
After drilling any holes, carefully
deburr them to eliminate any
potential snags.

Tape Template “A” to firewall
The installation procedure for your Restomod
Bulkhead is simple and straight-forward...
Determine a mounting location for the billet plate
on your vehicle. Using the included template “A” at
the back of this manual carefully mark and drill
four holes.
After drilling any holes, carefully
deburr them to eliminate any
potential snags.

Now attach the (4) 1/4 -20 x 1” bolts through the bulkhead and the (4) 1/4 -20 nuts from the
back of the firewall.

Reminder... Use two wrenches to
tighten o-ring fittings and a few
drops of mineral oil on the rings also).
Now attach hose fittings.

the back of this manual carefully mark and drill
four holes marked on the template.
After drilling any holes, carefully
deburr them to eliminate any
potential snags.

Insert the air conditioning fittings through the bulkhead plate from the front, secure them from
the inside with the included fitting nuts.
