USE ON LEVEL GROUND AWAY FROM OVERHANGING
ROOFS OR EAVES.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Warning: Read all safety information before operating grill.
For outdoor use only. Do not use in any enclosed or covered area. Use on level
surface, away from overhanging easements.
Keep grill 60” or more from any combustible surface.
Do not put anything flammable on the bottom shelf under the grill.
Never plug in your RT-B380X without the service access grate underneath your
controller installed.
Never put your grill in a vehicle without first ensuring that it is completely cool and
that no hot embers, pellets, or ashes remain in the firepot or auger.
Occasionally, your RT-B380X should be checked for firepot obstructions to make
sure proper airflow is maintained. See cleaning instructions in this manual for
proper procedures.
Your RT-B380X gets very hot; keep young children and animals away while in use.
Use extreme caution when cooking at high temperatures.
Use heat-resistant barbecue mitts or gloves when operating this unit. Long
handled, non-plastic utensils are also recommended.
Do not touch cooking chamber or attempt to move your RT-B380X while operating
or while the grill is hot. Make sure the fire is completely out and that the grill is
completely cool before transporting the grill. Before covering your grill, make sure
that the grill has cooled completely.
Never put your hand in the pellet hopper or attempt to service any part of your
RT-B380X while your grill is plugged in.
Extreme caution and care should be taken to prevent grease fires. See
Maintenance and Cleaning section for more information.

RT-B380X Assembly
Step 1: Unpack and Prepare for Assembly:
With help, remove the grill body (1) from the box. Make sure to
remove parts from the hopper and flip the grill over.
Step 2: Install Caster Wheel Legs (10)
Attach caster wheel legs (10) to the hopper side of the grill body. Attach with bracket holes
facing outward from the grill. To attach legs to grill body use Hex Bolt + Large lock washer +
small flat washer. Hand tighten all bolts only at this time. Don't over tighten.
Repeat this step to the other side.
Step 3: Install Fixed Wheel Legs (6)
Hand tighten all bolts
only at this time. on t o e tighten.
Step 4: Install Leg Support Bracket (2)
and Bottom Shelf (12)
Attach leg support bracket on caster wheel legs (10) using long bolts + small lock washer + large
flat washer. Attach bottom shelf (12) using short bolts + small lock washer + large flat washer.
Hand tighten all bolts only at this time. Don’t over tighten. Attach leg support bracket (2) to fixed
wheel legs (6) using long bolts + small lock washer + large flat washer. Finally, attach bottom shelf
to leg support brackets using short bolts + small lock washer + large flat washer. Tighten down
all bolts.
Step 5: Install Front Folding Shelf (9)
While grill is still upside down, attach front folding shelf (9) using short bolts + small lock washer +
large flat washer.
Step 6: Flip Grill Upright
With help flip grill body upright.
Step 7: Install Lid Hinge (3)
Make sure the lid hinge is facing upward. (

Attach lid hinge using short bolts + small
lock washer + large flat washer.
Step 8: Attach Lid (5) to Lid Hinge (3)
Make sure the lid hinge (3) is facing upward. Attach lid hinge using short bolts + small lock
washer + large flat washer.
