Logger®product. You now have a high-quality product with a name that
represents outstanding products.
This product complies with the applicable National and European
standards and regulations. We kindly request the user to follow the
operating instructions, to preserve this condition and to ensure safe
operation! These operating instructions relate to this product. They
contain important notices on commissioning and handling. Please take
this into consideration when you pass the product on to third parties.

2. INTENDED USE
The model “90021RC” is a pair of sporty sunglasses with integrated
audio and video recording function. The “90021RC” must neither be
used for surveillance and medical purposes nor for eye protection as
found in industrial or hobby environments. Abide strictly to relevant
regulations and laws. This product should not be used for any illegal
purposes. The “90021RC” is solely intended for private use.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or
modify this product. If you use the product for purposes other than those
described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper
use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, re, electric shock
etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this product
available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.
From here on, the “90021RC” is referred to as “product” or “glasses”.

4. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially
observe the safety information. If you do not follow the
safety instructions and information on proper handling
in this manual, we assume no liability for any resulting
personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will
invalidate the warranty/guarantee.
>The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
>Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may
become dangerous playing material for children.
>Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
>Do not attempt to dismantle the device. Any attempt to alter or repair
the unit, except by the original manufacturer or an Authorized Service
Facility, will void the limited warranty.
>Regularly check the functional reliability of your product. Watch out for
any visible damage such as cracks.
>If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of
operation and protect it from any accidental use. Safe operation can
no longer be guaranteed if the product:
-is visibly damaged,
-is no longer working properly,
-has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions,
or has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
-Handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a
low height can damage the product.

Operation environment
>Keep the product away from moisture, damp areas, dripping and
splashing water.
>The product is not water-proof.
>Delicate control electronics are used in the product which are also
sensitivetotemperatureuctuationsandareoptimisedforaparticular
temperature range, operation below 0°C and above 70°C has to be
strictly avoided.
Proper use of eyewear
Warning: Although the lenses are impact resistant, it
does not make the lenses shatterproof. Impact resistant
lenses may break or shatter under certain conditions.
>The product must not be used for night driving.
>To avoid damage to optical devices do not expose the camera directly
tostronglight,suchasthesunorstrongarticiallightsources.
>The product must not be used as protective eyeware.
Batteries
>The batteries cannot be replaced by the user.
>Follow the instructions for battery use as described in these operating
instructions at all times.
>Batteries must be removed by a professional before you dispose of
the product.

6. KEY PRODUCT FEATURES
Polarized Lens
The quality polarized lens of 1.8 mm exceeds optical requirements of
ANSI Z80.3 standards. Blocks out 100% of all UVA, UVC and harmful
blue light up to 400 nm protection. Lightweight, shatter-proof and impact-
resistanttoughmaterial-fullycertiedforeyeprotection.
All our lenses meet AS/NZS 1067, EN 1836, ANSI Z80.3 standards for
optical and mechanical performance. Light transmission ranges from
10–95%ofavailablelight.Alltransmissionprolesarebasedondata
obtained according to AS/NZS 1067, EN 1836 and ANSI Z80.3 test
protocols.
Quick start recording
Simply press the ON/OFF button to start video recording or AV out.
Wide angle HD Video Camera
The product is equipped with a real 720p HD Camcorder.
The camera features a 5 MP quality CMOS camera for digital video
recording, and a 140 degree capturing angle.
Playing back video footage on TV
Connect the product to a TV to playback the recorded material.

7. BASIC OPERATION
Turn glasses on / start video recording
To turn on the glasses, simply press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.
The green LED at the inside of the left frame temple will turn on and the
device enters initialization.
After2–5seconds,thegreenLEDashes3timesfast,andtherecording
isstartedautomatically.DuringrecordingtheLEDashesslowly.
Stop video recording / turn glasses off
To stop recording press the ON/OFF (5) button once. The green LED
shines steadily. To turn off the glasses, press and hold the ON/OFF
button for about 2 seconds. The glasses will automatically save the
recordedleandthenturnoff.ThegreenLEDgoesout.
The le size per recording is limited to 15 minutes. A new le is
allocated after 15 minutes of recording is reached.
Storage
The device supports a built-in memory up to 4 GB.
Auto shut-off
When battery is low or the memory capacity is reached, the green LED
will blink very fast for approx. 30 seconds. The glasses stop recording
and then turn off.
Adjust / show / hide date and time
This device can display the current date and time in your videos.
To set this function:
1. Turn the glasses off.
2. Connect the glasses to your computer. To do so, connect the USB-
TV-Out cable to the USB connector (7) and a suitable USB port of
your computer.
