CLEANING
THE URN
- Always rinse the urn immediately after each
use'
- Pour a small amount of hot water into the tank.
Brush
sides
and
rinse
with hot water until clean.
- Cleaninterior with a soft brush.
Remove
any scale
or sediment
from the element
and
rinse thoroughly
with clean
water.
- Always remember to empty and rinse the urn with
hot water before
using
again.
- Removethe
cover
and
clean.
- Cleanthe exterior with water and detergent.
Do not
use harsh abrasive cleaners to avoid scratches'
Doing
sowill damage
the surface
finish.
- Usea soft
cloth
to wipe the urn body dry.
Descaling:
In hard water areas,
scalewill form on the element and
interior. This will adversely affect the operation of the
urn if allowed
to accumulate.
Descale
on a
regularbasis,
using a suitable descaler
recommended
for stainless
steel kettles. Follow the instructions provided with the
descaling
product.
