Installing 3 AAA Alkaline Batteries
• Remove and store batteries when not in use for 90 days or longer
• Clean Flashlight with a clean, dry cloth as needed.
• Lubricate screw threads and moving parts with standard consumer
lubricant as needed
• High Intensity Beam. Extremely bright 300 lumen light
• Do not look directly into light; may cause vision damage
• Follow City Ordinance Guidelines for use &
proper disposal of dry cell batteries
• Recommended for Ages 14+
• Remove and replace batteries
• Be sure tail cap is screwed on tightly, and batteries are inserted properly in battery pack
• Be sure battery pack is properly inserted
• If problem persists, contact Pro-4 Tactical for technical advice

For a long, narrow, focused light beam:
Pull OUT Flashlight head as shown

For a broader light beam: Push IN

battery pack

FRESH ALKALINE BATTERIES RECOMMENDED. DO NOT MIX OLD AND NEW, OR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BATTERIES
If the Flashlight does not turn on; works intermittently; or has a weak light:
FLASHLIGHT - COB LANTERN
When using “COB Lantern” mode or “Red Flashing” mode,
extend the Flashlight head to fully expose the COB Lantern.
Exposing Lantern Modes
Striker Head surrounds the ashlight lens. It is capable
of breaking or cracking ice, glass or similar items by
forcefully tapping the edge of striker head against the item
you wish to break.
CAUTION:
Do not use on vehicle windshields, windows or
any other surfaces you do not intend to break.
Unintended scratches can appear by
accident. Wipe down the striker head
with a wet or dry cloth after use to
ensure debris is removed.

To cycle through light modes (without turning
the ashlight o), press button in halfway. The
button will not click, and the light will advance
to the next mode.
Firmly press the ON / OFF button. You will hear a
“click,” and the light will turn ON. Firmly press again,
and the ashlight will turn OFF.
Note: The next time the button is pressed, the light
will advance to the next mode.

Pliers, Tools and Storage
Stainless steel construction houses multiple fold-away tools in Plier handles. Remove 13-In-1 Multi-Tool from Nylon carry
case; unfold handles. Pliers and Wire Cutter/Stripper are now usable. Tools have auto-locking feature in both handles
To use all other tools, unfold desired tool from Plier handle.

13-in-1 Pliers with Multi-Tool features auto-locking tools which automatically lock into place to ensure safety.
• Clean 13-In-1 Pliers with Multi-Tool with a
clean, dry cloth as needed; dry after use
• Lubricate moving parts with standard
consumer lubricant as needed
• Use a standard consumer knife sharpener to
sharpen knives as necessary
• Knife blades are designed to be extremely sharp. Blades
are made for cutting only
• Do not use this item as a pry-bar, chisel, or punch
• Knives and other tools are very sharp; use caution with
this and all sharp-bladed objects
• Use all tools for intended purposes ONLY
• Recommended for Ages 14+
• Tools stored in handle may be too sti or too loose for your specic use. Tighten or loosen tools using Set Screws at base of

automatically lock in position. This
will be accompanied by a clicking
sound, alerting you that the tool is
locked in position
To unlock tool, press and hold black
button located on the back side of
each handle while folding tool back
into its original position

Three magnets mounted in base of Lantern provide easy, hands-free
magnetic adhesion to most ferrous (iron-based) metal surfaces.
Magnetic base is most eective on a at metal surface.
Retractable hook on bottom of Lantern base
Retractable handles on side of Lantern. Use to hang Lantern in ideal
location for maximum light

Unscrew and remove battery cover on bottom of Lantern
Insert 3 AA batteries according to polarity (+/-) as indicated
on Lantern battery compartment
Replace and tighten battery cover

Compass Reading Tips
• Hold Lantern level. The needle
must be balanced properly for an
accurate directional reading
• Read the correct direction; “N”
stands for “North”

Troubleshooting

On the top of the pack, both pockets unzip to
secure other items in place. Zippers will unzip
opposite from each other.
Both pockets have built in-liners as well for
extra security. Pockets can hold a number of
dierent items, such as keys, headphones,
backup charger, wallet, etc.
• Straps and handles may present a choking hazard
• Do not allow children to use this bag without adult supervision
• Store in a safe place when not in use
MOLLE GEAR PACK
On the back of the Gear Pack, there are adjustment straps. Adjust the
strap width to t belts and backpacks.
To adjust the width, unsnap on the bottom of the straps and weave one
strap through the molle webbing as shown in the picture. Both straps
should be at the same molle strap height to work properly. Make sure the
strap bottom is securely fastened to the Gear Pack

Front Pockets
Molle Webbing Straps
The front of the pack has pockets to securely hold 13-in-1 Multi-Tool
Pliers and Flashlight-COB Lantern.
To place the 13-in-1 Multi-Tool Pliers in the pocket, rst fold the Multi-
Tool Pliers into compact mode. Then place the Pliers in the pocket by
inserting the Pliers top rst.
To place the Flashlight-COB Lantern in the pocket, place the Flashlight
into the pocket handle rst. Make sure Flashlight is not extended.
