SIP Communication Solutions

Flexible, Cost-Effective

Communications Solutions

Businesses large and small are discovering the proven efciencies and cost benets of a SIP-based communi-

cations system. Transmitting voice and data over a single unied network simplies a company’s IT infrastruc-

ture while VoIP technology combined with a Hosted or Open Source PBX solution lowers monthly phone bills.

Now, changing work locations within your ofce means simply taking your phone with you and plugging it into

an Ethernet port. Extensions and other preferences are preserved when you move the phone to a new location.

A pioneer in world-class telephony solutions, Panasonic offers a wide range of SIP endpoints—from feature-

rich desktop models to cordless options that let you cost-effectively outt an entire ofce. Engineered with

extensive, intuitive provisioning options, the Panasonic line of SIP phones features plug and play simplicity to

get you up and running right away.

The Panasonic SIP Phone UT Series

The latest offering in our line of feature-rich SIP endpoints, the new UT Series combines state-of-the-art telephony

with business-friendly features. Choose from entry-level models with conferencing capability and a low power

consumption mode to executive desk terminals with color, touchscreen displays, wireless headset compatibility and

integration with Panasonic network cameras.

Powerful, Business-friendly Features

Crystal Clear Audio

The UT Series features wide-band, high-denition voice for crisp, precise sound quality whether

delivered via the handset, speakerphone or optional headset. An Echo Cancellation feature combined

with an expanded acoustic chamber further enhances sound quality. All phones in the series feature

wideband-compliant, hearing aid compatible handsets along with built-in, high-quality speakers and

microphones

Wireless Capability

Select models in the series feature a built-in electronic hookswitch (EHS), enabling compatibility

with the Plantronics line of DECT wireless headsets—perfect for multi-taskers who need hands-

free convenience during a conversation.

calendar appointments right on the phone. The UT670 can also sync with up to 16 Panasonic network secu-

rity cameras so you can monitor live security video directly from the phone.

Open Source Platform Certification

Conferencing Solutions

The convenient 3-Way Conferencing feature, available on all UT series phones, will

help you save time and resources. A paging function lets you quickly get two col-

leagues on the phone with you for a conference even if they’re located at

opposite ends of the country.

Low Total Cost of Ownership

The UT Series is designed to complement your existing com-

munications infrastructure, yielding a low TCO and maximiz-

ing ROI. Select models feature a second data port, so you

can connect a second device to the network without the

time and expense of running additional Ethernet cable.

All UT Series models are PoE ready, thus eliminating

the need for adaptors and saving on electricians’

fees. An energy-saving Eco Mode feature lets you

lower power consumption while a comprehen-

sive, two-year limited warranty protects your

investment well into the life of the phone.
