Thank you for choosing the NITEVIZOR VP200. Please read the user manual
carefully before using the VP200.
Important Safety Information
1. Never look directly at the IR ll light when illuminated.
2. Do not leave the product un-supervised with persons under the age of 16.
3. Do not aim the IR ll light at combustible objects at close range.
4. Turn off the IR ll light or adjust it to sleep mode if it will not be used for a
period of time.
5. Never leave on charge unattended.
6. This product is designed to be used with an optical scope which possesses a
focusing function (AO or side focus).
7. Due to the design of its optical path, some optical telescopes may not be
compatible.

Setup
Battery Installation
Unscrew and remove the battery covers and insert two at-head 18500 or
18650 3.7v lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, with positive poles facing in-
ward, and then replace the battery covers.
Micro SD Card Installation
To record video and take photos, install a Micro SD card in the slot on the unit.
The VP200 supports up to 32gb Micro SD cards.
Initial Adjustments
With the batteries inserted and the VP200 powered on, adjust the diopter by
rotating the diopter adjusting knob of the night vision viewer ocular until you
can see the text icons at the four corners of the screen.
Adjust the focusing wheel until the target image is clear. If mounted on an
optical telescope, install the scope adaptor ring behind on the ocular of the
telescope (see below), then rotate the focusing wheel until the crosshairs of the
telescope can be seen clearly.
Optical Telescope Installation
Install the scope adaptor ring on the rear of the VP200 using the bayonet con-
nection, then mount the unit to the ocular (rear) of the telescope. The scope
adaptor ring can be used on oculars of diameter 45mm and smaller.
We strongly advise to wrap the ocular in electrical tape to avoir damage to the
telescope.
Turn the focusing wheel of the VP200 until the image is clear, then gently
tighten the hex screws until snugly tted. Do not overtighten.
The VP200 can now be removed and installed using the scope adaptor ring
bayonet tting by holding down the release button and turning 30°.
Charging
The lithium batteries can be charged via the USB interface. For more efcient
charging please use an external battery mains charger.

Operating the VP200
Power
Press and hold the Power button for approximately 1 second to turn the unit on.
The power indicator is solid when the power is on.
Sleep Mode
With the unit powered on, press the Power button briey to switch between
Sleep and Power modes. The power indicator is solid when the unit is in Sleep
Mode.
Ocular Focusing
Ocular focusing or diopter adjustment enables users with varying eyesight to
see a clear image. Turn the ocular focusing wheel until the text icons are sharp.
Please note the image displayed will not be clear until the Objective Lens has
been focused (see below).
Objective Lens Focusing
Aim the VP200 at a target and adjust the Objective Lens Focusing wheel until
the image is sharp.
Fill Light Adjustment
In IR mode, press the IR Shift Button to adjust the level of IR ll light. The display
will show IR 1-3 or OFF.
Red Dot Indicator
Hold the Red Dot Indicator Button for several seconds to switch on or off the
Red Dot Indicator.

Menu Operation
Press the Menu/OK button to access the VP200 menu system. Use the Up and
Down button to select menu items and the Menu/OK button to select, enter or
conrm.
Color Selection
Use the Up and Down buttons to select Positive or Negative images then con-
rm by pressing the Menu/OK Button, then choose between Normal, Black &
White, Green, Yellow or Blue modes.
Calibration Mode
Use the Up, Down, Left and Right buttons to adjust the crosshair position, then
conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Accuracy Calculation
Select between Manuel or Auto Accuracy Calculation modes. Conrm with the
Menu/OK Button.
Cross Line
Use the Up and Down buttons to select the desired crossline (crosshair reticle)
and conrm the selection with the Menu/OK button.
In Range Mode, Hold down the Menu/OK button to change the reticle colour.
Unit Switching
Select Meters or Yards and conrm with the Menu/OK button.
Moving Image
Use the Up, Down, Left and Right buttons to move the position of the image on
the screen. Conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
LCD Brightness
Select between 8 levels of brightness and conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Photo Setting
Select between 5, 3 or 2 megapixel photo resolution and Single, 2-burst or
3-burst modes. Conrm with the Menu/OK Button.

Movie Setting
Select between Video Resolutions of 1080P, 720P or D1 and Loop Video: Off,
3min or 5min. Conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Playback
Use this function to playback existing video les.
Language Settings
Select the desired display language and conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Auto Off
Select between Off, 1min, 2min or 3min and conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Date & Time
Set the current Date and Time and conrm with the Menu/OK Button.
Default Setting
Select using the Menu/OK Button to restore the device to Factory Settings.
Version
Displays the current rmware version.
Exit
Select to Save changes and exit the menu system.

Shortcuts
The buttons on the VP200 are multi-function: press once for the function before
the dividing line (/), and hold down for 1 second for the function after the divid-
ing line.
Crosshair / Ranging Mode Button
Press once to display/hide the crosshair reticle, hold down to open/close the
Ranging Mode.
Zoom / Wi-Fi Button
Press once to adjust the digital zoom between x2, 3x and x4, hold down to en-
able and disable the Wi-Fi
IR Fill / Red Dot Indicator Button
Press once to switch on and off the IR ll and rotate between level 1 to 3 bright-
ness settings, hold down to switch on and off the Red Dot Indicator.
Menu/OK Button
Press once to display the Menu and conrm selections, hold down in Menu
Mode to return/exit.
Photo/Record Button
Press once to take photos, hold down to start Video recording. Press once to
stop Video Recording.

Wi-Fi Operation
1. Download the VisionBank app from the iOS app store or
Google Play Store and install on your device.
2. On the VP200 hold down the Wi-Fi button. The Wi-Fi
login screen will display and the Wi-Fi will be activated.
3. On your device, connect to the N-Vision-
XXXXXXXXXXXX device. The default password is
12345678
4. Once connected, open the VisionBank app on your de-
vice. You will now be able to view and control the VP200.
Use the included rail-mount to install a mobile telephone on
the VP200 for heads-up visibility.
