1 Safety
WARNING! To maintain the safety of the machine the list below must be
followed.
• Follow the instrucons in the manual.
• Do not use the machine for other purposes than those stated by the
manufacturer in “Technical data”.
• Do not modify or make any changes to the machine or its components.
• Do not rebuild the machine or its components without a wrien permission
from the manufacturer.
• Do not use other spare parts, than those corresponding with the
manufacturer’s specikaons.
• Only use tools and accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
• The machine must not be used in an explosive environment.
• Never carry out any service work, mechanical or electrical, without rst
disconnecng the supply voltage and the supply of compressed air.
WARNING! Safety when blasng.
Make sure that you and people around the blasng area are wearing required
safety equipment*), before blasng is started.
It is absolutely forbidden to point the blasng gun towards people or animals.
It must only be pointed towards the workpiece, intended to be blasted.
The blaster sand may cause irrepairable damage, to eyes and body parts, if
you should blast in the face or on the body.
*) Required safety equipment:
• Face protecon (protecve glasses or visor) .
• Working gloves (e.g.welding gloves).
• Body protecng working clothes.
• Ear protecon.
2 Range of applicaon
This machine is only to be used for blastering.

4 Technical data
Unit

Blasng gun
• Max air pressure 8 bar
• Air consumpon 500 l/min at 6 bar (17 cfm at 88 psi)
5 Installaon
Before starng to blast:
1. Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor package.
2. Li out the lter and the dust bucket.
3. Connect the hose to the blasng machine.
4. Fill with blasng material. (5 l)
5. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
6. Connect compressed air to the blasng gun.
7. Connect the blasng machine to a socket for the intended voltage.
8. Mount a suitable nozzle on the blasng gun.
6 Using SB750
1. Put on the required safety equipment.
2. Move the blasng gun towards the work piece. You must never point the
gun at yourself nor at anyone else.
3. Start blasng by pressing the trigger and keep it pressed. Blasng stops
when you let go of the trigger.

7 Maintenance
7.1 Replacing lter/Relling blasng material
Disconnect the machine from the mains and turn o the compressed air.
1. Release the eccentric locks and remove the motor package.
2. Li out the dust bucket and the lter (replace as neccesary).
3. Fill with blasng material. (5 l)
4. Re-assemble the dust bucket, lter and motor package.
5. Re-connect the machine to the mains.
6. Turn on the compressed air again.
7. Handle the used blaster sand with regards to the materials that have
been blasted. Follow applicable waste regulaons. Contact your local
authories for guidance.

1 Sicherheit
WARNUNG! Zur Aufrechthaltung der Sicherheit ist folgendes zu beachten:
• Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung befolgen.
• Die Maschine nicht zu anderen Zwecken verwenden als denen, die vom
Hersteller in den Technischen Daten” angegeben sind.
• Keine Änderungen oder Umbau der Maschine oder ihrer Bauteile
durchführen.
• Modizierung oder Umbau der Maschine dürfen nicht ohne eine schriliche
Bestägung des Herstellers durchgeführt werden.
• Keine anderen Ersatzteile verwenden als solche, die der Spezikaon des
Herstellers entsprechen.
• Nur Werkzeuge und Zubehör verwenden, die vom Hersteller geliefert
werden.
• Die Maschine darf nicht in einer explosiven Umgebung verwendet werden.
• Vor Ausführung von Wartungsarbeiten an Mechanik und Elektrik ist das
Gerät in jedem Fall vom Stromnetz und der Druckluzufuhr zu trennen.
WARNUNG! Sicherheit beim Sandstrahlen.
Stellen Sie vor Beginn des Sandstrahlens sicher, daß Sie selbst und Personen
in der Nähe des Arbeitsbereichs die vorgeschriebene Schutzausrüstung*)
angelegt haben.
Es ist absolut verboten, die Strahlpistole auf Menschen oder Tiere zu richten.
Die Strahlpistole darf nur auf die zu reinigenden Werkstücke gerichtet werden.
Wenn der Sandstrahl gegen Gesicht oder Körper gerichtet wird, kann es zu
irreparablen Verletzungen der Augen und anderer Körperteile kommen.
*) Schutzausrüstung:
• Gesichtsschutz (Schutzbrille oder Visier)
• Arbeitshandschuhe (z.B. Schweißhandschuhe)
• Körperbedeckende Arbeitskleidung
• Ohrenschutz
2 Einsatzgebiet
Diese Maschine ist nur zum Sandstrahlen.
