When Lithium have been selecte :
The Charger ill follo a constant current charge for the Lithium battery up to the maximum
charge voltage as specified by the user.
Set the Max battery charge voltage using the up and do n buttons and enter to save the value,
this value ill be the end charge voltage of the Lithium battery.
Set the Battery low voltage cuttof level using the up and do n button and enter to select the
value, this is the voltage level in case of the batteries running lo here the UPS ill s itch off.
Set the Maximum charge current allo ed to the battery pack using the up and do n buttons and
enter to select the value. Charge current maximum setting = 6 Amps.
To clear all programming memory the user ill press the enter button on the front panel, keep the
button pressed and then connect the 220Vac to the system , release the enter button as soon as
the display indicates “ memory cleared ”
4. Wiring
2 x 12V LEAD ACID OR SIMILAR 24V LITHIUM
OR 2 x LITHIUM
When 2 x Series connected 12V batteries is used , Lithium or lead acid or similar , it ill be
beneficial to use a Battery balancer to keep the batteries balanced to extend battery life.
Series connected batteries ill charge unbalanced due to internal battery resistance.
